45 states with religious exemptions

4 states with ONLY medical exemptions - CA and NY in that number, of course.

15 or so with philosophical exemptions, sometimes called personal exemptions.

Thx for posting, although just last spring the state of CT passed bill opposing religious exemption, but I don’t think it’s gone into action yet.

Also, the state of MA has TWO bills floating around - remove religious exemption (Vargas bill) and the Rausch bill that will allow all children 10 years and older to make their own medical decisions and parents don’t need to be informed and medical records will be sealed if a child has had any shots, etc so parents will not know what medical attention child had. It’s Complete INSANITY and citizens of mass (including myself) are fighting tooth and nail to stop this medical tyranny. The problem is that big pharma is backing these two evil senators… don’t know what will happen even fighting the good fight.

My family will Move to either NH or FL if this happens…

Great info. I've been hating the fact that I live in a red state with a Democrat governor. However, Louisiana does at least have a broad exemption law for children in school and young adults in college. Louisiana is also an employment at will state though which probably means employees have limited options if their place of employment doesn't accept an exemption request.

Pennsylvania had an attempt to remove the philosophical exemption as well, recently.

no indication that it went through. The main sponsor of the bill had less support than expected.

What I’ve learned fighting the two current MA bills that are trying to be passed in Ma is that most drs will not even give a medical exemption bc they are under A LOT of scrutiny and sometimes threatened from the medical associations and they are too nervous to offer a medical exemption. The drs will tell the patient they understand why the patient needs one but they unfortunately cannot give one. This is why the religious exemption is used most frequently- people depend on this exemption, and I’ve learned the drs hands are becoming more and more tied by the medical associations and big pharma. It’s really sickening.

almost ALL state exemption laws are aimed at school vaccine exemptions, as well.

we did not have the need for a broad, everybody, adults-as-well-as school pupils exemption til recently.

I'm learning the same thing about medical exemptions. Thank God for religious exemptions. This may help some people realize why we must protect religious freedom in this country.

Religious exemptions also qualify as philosophical. Robert Barnes said that if they ask for your physical denomination or church or a letter from clergy all you have to say is, that is Religious Discrimination, you are not entitled to that information. That is private. And that your faith and beliefs prohibit you from taking anything that violates Informed Consent and right to dissent.

The backup is that if you don't want to risk losing a job is to find one of the patriot non eugenics loving clergy to sign off. Barnes said they are out there.

But this Eugenics of the 20's where they own your body and it led to NAzi Germany and the medical experiments of Hitler's scientists which is why the Nuremburg Code was drafted, its International Law.

Louisiana had a really good court win recently regarding a medical school that tried to force. The resulting win applies to all schools kindergarden and up and includes other medical devices such as masks, no mask mandates allowed either. You simply can opt out with conscience: I DISSENT in writing, or your parent for you.

The Universal Life Church has many many clergy.

Some states have laws specifically recognizing marriages solemnized by the ULC.

I suspect these states would also accept religious exemption support from ULC clergy.

the states that expressly recognize ULC marriage ceremonies:

four U.S. states have held that they will not recognize marriages solemnized by ULC ministers, while eight states have specifically held such marriages to be valid, these being Alabama, Illinois, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington. The remainder have not addressed the issue.

Note for lawsuits, where you can't use the religious or faith exemptions, to tell your employer that you dissent. You will not get an experimental vaxx that has insurance does not cover, no coverage for injury or death, and is unsafe, and that this is a Disability Act Violation, you have a perceived notion that unvaxxed are disabled or less than vaxxed, and the onus is on you to prove the safety of the vaxx, not with CNN's experts who have ties to vaxx companies but world wide leading experts, AND that there are not other acceptable methods for alternatives, such as temperature and staying home when sick which is already known to be 99% effective. And masks and invasive tests, like swabs, should also not be mandated.


And in States like New York and California, lack of faith exemptions is illegal. Constitutions are being violated as well. But they're completely open to the ADA disability act, and Discrimination laws.

And another thing to communicate with uniformed employers who don't realize that there are many who will not take the vaxx, who will not return to the 20's eugenics and lose control of their bodies: That under the disability act, ADA, when it is established firmly in courts that this mistake has cost many lives and its highly dangerous, they will be responsible for all costs, all damages from being fired, all loses and BACKWAGES FOR THOSE YEARS.

in the case of private employers, is it a Human Resources decision? Your boss's?
