Um, CA does have religious exemption and health exemption. Not sure where that info is from, but I live here and the state definitely does allow religious exemptions.

I've been thinking of how to even approach the subject.

Do I come armed with copies of reports? Do I ask his opinion and gauge his response?
I am concerned with being "flagged" in the database as the hospital system (Novant) has
just issued the "unvaccinated are the problem" memo.

I would ask and gauge. One report, a meta-analysis of the effectiveness of Ivermectin, or of the low effective rate of vaccines. Only show it if you feel it is any use.

I'm in NC. I have a very good relationship with him, but I'm afraid he's going to be under the system's boot.
I always think bringing in reports may insult them a bit, but I'll take something.

I have several friends that work at universities in CA. Several of them have used religious exemptions this year (2021) to not take the vaccine. I'm not sure where that site is getting that info, but you definitely can use a religious exemption in this state.

Perhaps it depends the employer? If you go to the UC or Cal State websites, they clearly state that exemptions will be made for those with religious conflicts. Anyway, not trying to argue.

In Canada, doctors have been threatened and are forbidden to give medical exemptions (even if the person had previous allergic or serious reactions to vaccines).

Health Canada was also instructed to not accept religious or conscientious exemptions.

These documents were mentioned on the Pete Santilli show by Colorado gubernatorial candidate Danielle Neuschwanger.

They are using an informed consent strategy. It may be a good idea to watch the show to see what she said about this.

The right to expressing free speech and religion is a big part of American culture. This right also means that people can choose to refuse to take vaccines due to their specific religious affiliations. Currently, there are 45 states and Washington D.C. that allow vaccine refusals for religious means.

The fact that you have to find a reason for the govt. or an employer to inject a foreign substance into your body is insanity.

Imagine the concept of having to have some kind of "excuse" for not wanting aborted fetal cells, graphene oxide, hydrogel, and gene "therapy" (destruction) injected into your body.

All vaccines expire by October 20 this year. This is why they are pushing the vaxxes so hard right now. The EUA batches will be unusable after then.
