This is to implement a global Internet ID. Something likely based on IPv6 tied to our government issued IDs. Every device that will have access to the Internet will need to be registered and an IPv6 address associated with said device that will be unique to each person.

No anonymous people on the Internets. All will be known, all will be monitored, prepare your mind for this reality.

One ID for money, travel and information access.
