The whole world could experience cyber lockdown until a digital vaccine was developed. All business communication and data transfers would be blocked. Social contact would be reduced to people contactable by in-person visits, copper landline, snail-mail or short-wave radio. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76735334 A single day without the internet would cost the world more than $50 billion. A 21-day global cyber lockdown could cost over $1 trillion. [link to www.weforum.org (secure)] This is the plan now as to when they do it. No need. One day, a big enough solar flare will cripple the world's Internet/communications/surveillance apparatus. |

No problem...Dial up BBS, we'll stay in touch like the early 80's, all text, fast small foot print very efficient with no advertising. No copper phone system anymore? Crap! Now what? Now do you understand why 5g arrays have attached power generation and transferring capabilities? The internet and power will be available in the city-pens for all that want it. Have you been living under a rock for the last year and a half? after what they have already accomplished and brain washed the masses into believing this is highly possible and probable . It's part of their plan and they said it will happen just like they said a pandemic would. Unfortunately most people are sheep like and will believe what ever bullshit their TV box tells them. People that work in technology know this is bullshit but most people don't work in technology and will believe the bullshit narrative of a cyber pandemic just like they believed their was pandemic for a cold virus with 99.9% survival rate that only caused the sniffles in most people who caught it. They don't call it the boob tube or the idiot box for nothing. The programming of people's minds through television programming. true, but I don't necessarily believe its about the virus itself. I don't work in technology, but relating it to the real world, Cov. wasn't the end goal. Cov. was the means to get the vac-cine to be pushed on people. So possibly in the same way it can be done through the internet? Maybe even tied in with 5G? If they release an e-virus or bug that makes its way through access points from often visited sites or apps, then it could affect maybe not every device, but a majority. But the true shitstorm would be within the "update" to fix said bug. "Update your devices immediately, to rid the OS of this virus, and even if you don't have it, to prevent any possible future infection of your device." But in reality, whatever is within the update could negatively affect the devices containing the update. Not ending all electronics or the internet, but collapsing the hundreds of millions of devices that got said update. I don't necessarily believe this, but to theorize on it and think about it is always cool. There will be no e-virus of much impact. Again, it will be the 'vaccine' that will be the goal of any e-virus. A global great firewall to monitor and control everybody's access to communications. |

Even if they did bring it down, people (everyday people) could open up a telenet BBS (bulletin board system) that piggy backs either on their ISP or telephone. Not to mention there are already blockchain internet/website networks. |

Just close this thread, its clear you have never worked in a technology role. There are several ways, most will take it down without taking it down. as like you say, there will be backups, nodes operating on separate relays (think Tor) or nodes attached to leased line services. First they could target the routing of the DNS networks. That would render the www as we know it useless - do you know the ip address for your favourite sites? They'd still be there but inaccessible by using the friendly domain name method. Interfering with routing at Points of Presence would again cause at least severe disruption to national and international internet transport. The only way to truly and effectively take down the net is by taking the power down with it. You think they wouldn't? Of course they would, in fact 'they' are expressly discussing cyber warfare on the grid at cyber polygon, so the loss of internet might only be a side effect of a much wider, much more frightening scenario - a complete power grid shutdown. |

They clearly have a plan. They want to find ways to control the wild Wild West of the internet. They obviously cannot take it all down, they need it. But you bet your ass they will find ways to disrupt. Notice in the OPs copy and paste from the WEF website… it says in order to fix it we HAVE to take it offline. Which sounds like they will demand it and they literally say cyber lockdown. I’m sure before Covid we never imagined the entire world going on lockdown… right? Voluntarily? Exactly. I remember on here the shock when China put a whole city on lockdown. Who could have imagined what's happened since in such a short time. So yeah, this is perfectly feasible, or inevitable.
