You can hear it in her voice

Other than the fact she says "I just shot him" How do we actually know that anybody was in fact shot? Did anyone else hear a gunshot on the poorly recorded body camera? Why do the other officers look surprised? Is it because they too did not hear or see any shot, but instead are playing along with the script to disarm the American people? Where's the muzzle flash? Where's the gunshot? Where's the shell being ejected? There is no evidence what so ever judging by the video that there was any shooting.

Police Dept has now stated she was a very senior officer.

Nevermind, I'm an idiot. Shitty video, but you can tell something happened when everything went quiet at 40 seconds in, but it is still questionable. Got to look at it in fullscreen, maybe even frame by frame, its hard to tell anything actually happens.

Turns out the actual reason he was pulled over was for an expired registration. And guess what? The guy had a warrant for his arrest (carrying a gun without a permit) AND he's run from police before.

Let's ignore the fact that due to restrictions on force this skinny guy was able to get away from three strong men... Had he not been shot he would be chilling somewhere right now, he got away... Years ago you could have put him on the ground and cuffed him with a few shots thrown in to show you're in charge.
