This officer either completely forgot her training in the heat of the moment, or is woefully unqualified to be a police.

Either way, a cluster all around. Wright for not complying and trying to run, the female officer for pulling her gun and shooting while shouting "taser, taser, taser!", and the city for, well, you know.

If this guy gets shot and still managed to drive his car off, would this mean that the cops need bigger guns.

If they were going to stage this, all of the officers would have been white, and the one who pulled the trigger would have been a man.

At :40 of the Youtube extended version, while the Black Cop was trying to cuff him the perp was resisting so he withdrew the cuffs a bit and said "Don't, don't" and the perp said "I'm not doin nuffin" and the cop then says "Don't be tensing on me bro", don't do it, don't do it.

Cop then brings the cuffs back to his wrists to try and cuff him again when perp jerks hands forward and lunges toward car.

So cop noticed the tension and decided to warn the guy.

Big mistake. "Brotherly" affection made him hesitate.

Women are completely worthless as police officers, period. The purp did resist and attempt to flee. The officer needs to be charged with negligent homicide if this is a real event that took place.

The audio just changed as I reloaded it, it was originaly one level. There is a distinct quality change and boost now right before she screams I'll tase you. Then it drops dramatically and sounds muffled but you hear multiple shots as she finishes the final "tase him tase him tase him". 1 or 2 hard to tell the muffled sound gets in the way.

You also can hear someones voice that is watching and reacting as they record the video playing back. In the conference video it sounds like they overlayed reverse audio or just straight reversed it.
