Quoting: R. Wordsworth To think we can sway the momentum of whatever may come is truly a human fallacy. Then why the anger? Why the aggressive posts…regardless of the trolls, I’m sure you realize no one knows the outcome of the vaccines long term and no one knows if the unvaccinated will be better or worse off…in the years ahead. I can’t figure out why so many care so much about people they don’t care about…either way let it be if one side or the other die…who cares…only those alive will know they were right and I’d say…they chose their own path…it was right for them… I like your reasoned posts but I don’t like useless posts…everyone is wrong and everyone is right at this point in the pandemic! Because I get angry when I see people posting things that they know aren't true. I've been wrong many times, we all have. But the things I was wrong about, I thought were true at the time. When I see people posting things I know they know are bullshit, I can't fucking take it. This is serious business. Tell that to the CDC and Dr. Fauci. |

Quoting: Lago Lago, I know you're in discussion with Jazz, but I wondered if you saw this? Here is an animated GIf UK case rates (per 100k of the relevant population) amongst the vaccinated vs unvaccinated. Quoting: S-man I replicated it as best I could from the UK population pyramid, vax rates, and cases reported. Something is going wrong.. [link to ibb.co (secure)] The inset plot is from the HSA official pdf. They dont use the same scale each week, but I did - to make it clearer for the trend. I honestly can't see how you can hold the belief that the vaccines reduce the chance of being a carrier! The bar charts are rates, per 100k of the population of vaxxed or unvaxxed people. The definition of a carrier might be someone who is infected and infectious without knowing it. Vaccinaion seems to cause people who would otherwise be alerted by their immune systems to blissfully and unknowingly hold the virus and transmit it. Prime Minister Boris J. admitted the same:- [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] Vaccinated people are likely more dangerous to the unvaxed than the unvaxed are to eachother... EDIT: btw you cant infer much/anything from the u18 because the population vaxxed/unvaxxed is so small/large respectively that there is a HUGE error on that measurement. I also did thr 1-or-more-vaxxed plot for the age-groups, and it is much more even for the u18's.. Believe the data! Many of today's Sunday papers declaring all NHS staff to have two mandatory covid jabs, I personally think that is wrong, you should given the choice, but where do you stand on this Para? Quite the dilemma.... |

My LA son who is fully vaccinated has seen 7 deaths from covid-19 in his large company and numerous cases of covid and long covid within their unvaccinated close-knit families, (the deaths were all in their 30's, 40's and 50's, bread-winners, and as far as we know, reasonably healthy). We know of no deaths from vaccinated. All anecdotal I know. 2. We hope to visit our Navy son over thanks-giving on the East coast, which will involve "horrible" plane travel. I know the chance of bringing the disease with us is possible but they are fully vaccinated and he will be quarantined for at least two weeks before he disembarks (importantly, he is fine with that risk - we haven't seen each other in person for over two years!). 3. I am "retired" and of a certain age+ I smoked 40 a day until I was 38 years old + pneumonia + pleurisy are in my past. 4. In my age group + co-morbidities, the chances of becoming invalided or dead from even a mild infection of this virus are "high". This has been a hard decision (we even considered driving there and back across the US in an RV!). Any thoughts?" My reply: I think we all need to weigh our own personal circumstances, and make decisions based on those. Like you, Lago, I don't know that I would survive Covid -- and if I did, I suspect it would do a lot of permanent damage that might make me think I would have been better off dying. I was also a heavy smoker for many years, and was up to 2 packs a day when I finally quit almost a decade ago. I think the risk of another vaccine is pretty great for me, though, because I reacted so poorly to dose 2. It was a full two months before I felt more or less back to baseline -- and the first 4 weeks were literally a non-stop migraine. That isn't only miserable, but it places a person at a much higher risk of stroke. I don't have to travel, or go back to work in person. My highest risk right now is contact with my mom's caregivers and occasional visitors, which is unavoidable. Once she passes, I'll be able to stay somewhat isolated again, though I do have a roommate who is working in person. There really is no easy answer to this. I hope between the 2 doses I did get, and my regular supplements and ivermectin, that I can avoid getting infected. I surely won't judge anyone for making any personal choice regarding the vaxxes. I have friends who didn't get one at all, and friends who rushed out to get the booster, and I can see the reasoning for both decisions. At the end of the day, being able to be with our loved ones is a very high priority, and we all need to make the decisions that will allow us to do that. I think I have considered pretty much every possibility there is to consider. I have not ruled out that the vaxxes are either purposely or accidentally very harmful or fatal longterm. Honestly, if this is purposeful genocide, I don't want to surive to see what is left of the world after that. I think it is far more likely that the vax damage was accidental or incidental, due to experimental technology being rolled out without truly robust testing. There seems to be an agenda to cover that up and deny the damage, which is pretty much par for the course for big pharma. The frantic push to vax everyone, though, is very odd, considering that the vaxxes aren't stopping the spread. Looks like freedom but it feels like death. Quoting: JAZZz50 i reported yesterday that i got a call and my step-dad is now sick with covid. recently he helped me get a car.so i have been around him once a few weeks back and once a month or so before.not knowing exactly when he got exposed, i could have been exposed. thankfully, i did have my P-100 mask, gloves, and goggles. i did not even smoke a cig while he drove us places. tried to b as careful as i could. so far i and the GF are not showing any signs. we feel confident that we are not infected. the odds say he got infected where he lives. a high rise apt building for elderly and disables. with other workers such as home health nurses coming in and out. not a nursing home but has similar traits. we all do the best we can. and we live as practical as we can also. i understand that not everyone can live as hermits and some ppl can . all we can do. "AVOID CATCHING IT." Absolutely agree. Unfortunately, the majority of the worlds workers do not have that luxury and have to work that day to eat that night. Being a hermit for a couple of years in your 30's, 40's or 50's is possible for some people. However, when your allotted 3 score years and 10 is approaching or has passed, it's a little more difficult to be so sanguine. Jazz... I'm really sorry to hear about your stepdad... I think you are probably safe, if it has been weeks since you have seen him, and hope he will be ok. I'm doing my level best to avoid catching this damn thing. I haven't been wearing my mask at mom's house, because she wants to see and touch my face, and she's terribly hard of hearing, and the mask makes it worse. She has developed a lot of cognitive issues since her decline, which are normal in the dying. Taking my mask off means more exposure (not all of the caregivers are masked, for the same reasons I'm not.) That's a risk I am willing to take to be there for my dying mother. I wear a mask every other time I leave the house for any reason, and my roommates and I are all wearing kn94 or n95 masks. We are also all vaxxed, for better or worse. I did see that Pierre Kory, one of the Ivermectin FLCCC gurus, caught Covid despite being on the iMask protocol. They are recommending upping the IVM dose to at least twice a week, but (for whatever reason) he was still doing once a week, and he caught it. It seems to have been a very mild case, though, and he seems to have recovered in a matter of days. I don't know if he's vaxxed, but I doubt it. A lot of that crowd has chosen to forego the vax. I've been doing IVM twice a week for a while, and 3 times a week since I've been having exposure to people. My hope is that is enough to keep me from catching it, and if I do, that it will be mild and easily managed. Yes, most of us need to work, and for many of us, that means working in person. That also means being vaccinated for most people, since most employers are requiring the vax. I'm sure my already shoddy immune system is utterly crashed at this point, from all the stress. I'm doing the best I can, and have weighed my priorities. My mom is my number one priority, above my own health, and I want to do whatever I can to ease her anxiety at the end of her life. But I wouldn't take my own advice! haha, ok, thanks. :-) I should be covered on both accounts. I am admittedly a proud horse-paste-muncher, and I still vape nicotine (though I no longer smoke.) I know all too well what it is like to live with a compromised immune system, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Mine has been shot since a very ill-fated tick bite in 1988. It's a lot better than it once was, due to having Lyme treatment, and now doing a lot of herbs and supplements, and eating a crazy clean diet. Covid seems to cause a lot of long-term immune problems for a good portion of people who get it. If the vax does, it is going to be a while before we really see that in large numbers. It certainly can cause problems for those of us who already have immune problems ... any vax can, which is why I generally don't get them. Looks like freedom but it feels like death. Jazz, the basic difference between our outlooks is I believe the vaccines and boosters reduce the chance of being a carrier (less viral load over time--you do not get sick, which presumably requires a higher viral load?), reduce the chance of being hospitalized, and reduce the chance of dying. You may not. Looking around the people that my family know (my sons know many more people through work than my wife and I do) we are just not seeing deaths or major illness in the vaccinated and some of our friends were the first being vaccinated about ten months ago, in the medical professions, etc. Also, they are not showing any signs of being immunocompromised. Indeed, several have commented that because they have been wearing masks at work/or as they have been vaccinated, they have had less colds, etc. I know this all anecdotal, but I am a doubting Thomas. I have seen through my Indian friends, the ravages of Covid up close especially around August 2021, ripping through unvaccinated villages, killing and maiming working age heads of family. You can read my previous posts so you know I am not making this up. From what I heard, seen pictures, videos (bodies floating down rivers--NO. this does NOT happen every year in such quantities) etc, the unvaccinated in rural Indian villages suffered far worst than the vaccinated do now. What am I supposed to conclude? Am I supposed to become a hermit for 3 - 5 years waiting for more evidence to come in? That is a wait I will not and, especially at our age, cannot make. My younger friends and family have all come to the same conclusion. "LAGO u wouldn't like my thoughts." I am far more suspicious of YES people that to my face agree with everything I say and then sneak behind my back. Last Edited by Lago on 10/24/2021 12:18 PM Lago |

Not necessarily immediately as that would be too obvious But a slow degradation of immunity say. What is the Plan? .Reduce the population or .Create an army of cyborg slaves Why would they want an army of useless eaters when they want to reduce the human population by 80-90% ? Why would they want an army of useless cyborgs when they don't want an army of useless eaters? PANDEMICS DO NOT OCCUR IN NATURE Western Medicine is based on Pasteur’s Germ Theory. A complete picture is giving all affects both the good and adverse. They lie, they threaten, they coerce, they mock, and even our President says hate speech to the unvaxxed. It is not a game I want to play in. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80082546 It is my understanding that you can still spread and get the virus, even vaxxed. You can still spread it to the vaxxed. Absolutely, you can! Our vaxxed Dept. Chair caught it from another vaxxed person, and actually got quite sick. The one person within my close circle of people who has died from Covid was also double vaxxed (and young, and healthy.) She caught it from her 9 year old son, who caught it at school. She was a close friend of a friend of mine. One thing that Ivermectin does very well is reduce viral load. In people who have caught Covid and treat early with Ivermectin, their viral load drops very quickly. I am presuming that those of us who are on it regularly are not only less likely to catch Covid at all, but also much less likely to spread it if we do catch it. I hope so, anyways. If the stories about Uttar Pradesh are true, IVM does make it much less likely to spread the virus. How else would they end up covid-free or nearly so? Pierre Kory, December 8th U.S. Senate testimony: "Ivermectin obliterates transmission". They know. We know. They know we know. They don't care, and are in the process of removing ivermectin from circulation. Yes They've just found a Malaria vaccine after looking for 40 years so I guess they can remove HCQ from the market And they have just found a substitute for Ivermectin So I guess that can be removed from the market too. Phew. Glad they've got our backs. I was beginning to sweat for a minute. PANDEMICS DO NOT OCCUR IN NATURE Western Medicine is based on Pasteur’s Germ Theory. "At the end of the day, being able to be with our loved ones is a very high priority, and we all need to make the decisions that will allow us to do that."
