Everyone needs to have a meaningful job and be employed. The Bible and other religious texts warn of sloth and laziness as they sew seeds of discord.

What needs to change, and change in a hurry is the job market.
Questions...
1. What is necessary and must have humans doing it?
2. What is necessary and can be done partially by automation and partially by human hands?

3. I can tell you this. We need medical people, we need caretakers, we need Teachers who are true to their calling to be teachers. We need plumbers, carpenters, electricians, Mariners , equestrians, Zoo Keepers, we need Police in every capacity , as well as a strong Military.

I really believe we need to bring Home Economics, FFA, Shop Class, and so much more back into the educational system. We need actual Vocational Trades schools, this crap of everyone must go to college is a social experiment that has robbed an entire generation of their lives.

The need is great to get back to our roots, roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty.

i woulld add since women have entered the workforce in such large numbers this has been the major factor in all our current social problems..and we are only just starting to see the flow on effects from this, its only gonna get worse before it gets better and until this modern philosophy is changed the problems will persist

I think that might be possible with a re-alignment of priorities and values. Our families' safety is the first concern. Modest, older communities that are safe can be way less expensive than the up scale communities that take too much of a families' budget.

The markets work on supply and demand.
A huge supply of workers benefits the elite and employer class.
It is a negative for the average American

Isn't it amazing how every change in this country that is told is for our benefit actually benefits the wealthy elite?

Womens Lib benefited the Banking and Employer Class
Illegal Immigration benefits the employer and banking class
Unlike Womens Lib that is said to have come from women, nobody ever protested for Obamacare.

The formation of Obamacare came straight from Washington DC and the Pharma and Insurance Lobbyists and it is them who benefitted from it while the average American is deeper in debt to it.

The wars in Iraq also benefit the wealthy elite

The Mortgage Scam and Housing for anyone that can fog a mirror was all for the elite
The Bail Outs were strictly for the Elite
These really are some detestable people.

These are actually some good ideas and we need to make it so people are more self independent.

A lot of the middle men need to be put out of business that suck the life out of people. They exist soley on renters incomes.

We need figure a way for people to be self sufficient so that the wealthy have less power over us.

You forgot the most important one, reduce or eliminate altogether job destroying regulations. Regulations on everything will increase the human labor demand to intersect with the current employable workforce such that we could reach equilibrium or as near to it as possible. Regulations should always factor in the human labor equalizer quotient.

There is a lot of data supporting this argument. And,

Its sort of basic common sense.....

And, its not about oppressing women. Its more about focusing on the family unit. whatever that family is. It needs protected, nuture, etc, etc.... That isnt getting accomplished right now for a large percentage of the human population.....

I think its much worse then what people realize; Im speaking specifically of the USA, which is suppose to be the greatest country on earth. There are large , large numbers of people who are growing up with a, day to day , chaotic, existence...... The bread and circus and others systems make us feel like everything is okay. And, its looked down upon to be realistic and say.... "this sucks".... the system wants and requires, positive words.

I think many people , "the rats", just like me, just bullshit about who they actually are, and how good they are.

They rationalize about how well they have it, and how smart they are, etc etc....it allows them to feel good. No one wants to be a failure....

Ask a person what they do for work, and they give you an answer like they are somehow important at whatever they are doing... we make up fancy names for every job there is, and it makes people "feel" like they are smart and "did well"....

when the reality is, 60 70 percent of the country is 3-4 paychecks away from needing outside assistance so they dont starve or freeze to death. -- Thats a lot of fucking people. but, no one ever really admits that. everything is fine, everything is good, look at this cool "echo" or google voice activated search assistant I got for xmas.... and they are pretty cool....

we live in houses that make us "look" rich. wear clothes and drive cars that make us "look" well off, but the reality is , its all sort of .......fake. 3-4 months without a paycheck and 70 percent of the country dies. even those that give the image of being "well off".... yet, were all distracted by complete bullshit social issues and the misguided "wisdom" of fucking soccer moms.....and salesmen, and academics..etc etc........everything is fine, everything is okay, but someone did say a bad word today at school and now everybody is feeling sad. the person who said that bad word, should probably be put to death....maybe we will just give him or her a nasty look...........then go home and play with our phones and gadgets. gets some brainwashing from the brainwashing machine. or check out into some silly fucking moving picture show.

ill give some free advice to people. when youre out and about, doing whatever youre doing, and you come across someone you dont know. For your own safety, keep your fucking mouth shut. and dont make eye contact. thats the way you survive in todays environment.

just keep your big nasty ugly fucking mouth shut and move along...... otherwise you run a significant risk of getting youre throat cut....

and i think we all "sense it".....but we dont dare talk about out loud....only in whispers to people we trust and for not for very long...... because its depressing.

I agree most regulations are useless to the Average American and was actually written by corporations themselves to kill their competition

If on the other hand, it is a regulation that stops them from dumping into my drinking water, then we also need to take away the police regulation so people can take matters into their own hands.

Business cannot have the protection of government if they do not want to be regulated either.

Lots of good resources on how to do that. One of my favorites is advanced learning and teaching seminar by Eben pagan and w woodsmall. & the book by zig zigler. Plus many more!
Most people are learning machines when u understand how why when where & who.

This site is good & awful but it has helped me cure most of my ailments in less than a 2 yrs.

I was raised in a mental hospital so I'm still working out the kinks but it's happening faster now than ever.

What he's trying to say is u can do a lot with a dead guy more with an alive guy & the most with an alive happy healthy & whole guy. & chances are that he'll actually want to do it for u or at least help.

Re: Jobs, Jobs, Jobs. What is the most correct choice?
Jobs, Jobs, Jobs. What is the most correct choice?

1. Jobs are so limited and the number chasing them is so large, it is a disaster.
2. We need to find other ways to give people purpose beyond their jobs.
3. We need to limit automation and robotics until we find ways to employ real people.
4. People need to stay in training and school longer to limit the number of jobs needed.
5. People need to work half the normal work week at full pay and benefits.
6. There are simply too many people seeking jobs, we need earlier retirement.
7. There too many people period, we need to reduce the birth rate.
8. We need to increase the death rate.
9. Some people need to be classified unemployable.
10. We need to draft young people into the military and other service programs.
11. We need to create a large and ambitious race to Mars and off planet locations.
12. We need to make the deserts bloom and the oceans produce abundance.

Trump and the Pope are correct; jobs are the holy grail of the future.
Presently, Jobs are the central issue for giving humans purpose. Without purpose, people perish.
Jobs give us hope, self-worth and dignity; without hope no one thrives.

None of the above.
Every answer you have is based on a false premise that there are defined limits to the jobs the USA economy can produce.
