Weight gain isnt always from twinkies !! Im friggin sick of the non education and lack of intelligence on this board

If your thyroid gives out you can gain lots of weight,
I also know of people that had other organs not work properly and they retained water..

I know someone that eats three small meals a day, sometimes a bowl of cereal and she keeps gaining weight cause of the same thing, health and organ problems

Also hormones, can make you gain as well as prescription meds

Some of you have been downright cruel. I'm willing to bet you are in your late teens or early 20's. You just wait.

I did not and could not possibly eat that much in a day, maybe not even a week lol.

I eat very little. Most people don't know how I survive on what I eat so I KNOW it was NOT cause by consuming too many calories.

Still, that would only explain MY weight gain and not others.

So there MUST be another explanation. Let's find it!

I don't overeat either and I've gradually gained weight over the past 10 years. I'm 6'2 and 10-12 years ago I weighed about 200 lbs. Today I weigh 305. I don't eat any differently than I did when I was 190-200 lbs. But I attribute it more to the prevalence of HFCS, and other additives which have only increased over that time, though it has been about 10 years or so since chemtrails started, so who knows. What gets me, is that I now drink only organic milk and eat mainly organic foods and I drink mainly water with my meals (Fiji or Ozarka, no tap water) and yet I still am not losing weight.

Oh yeah, age happens to everyone!

The thyroid ceases to function as we get older because of all the crap building up in our bodies.
I'm gonna do the CGC and see what happens. Also plan to do the castor oil packs after taking the CGC for a while.

There isn't any other explanation. Here's your choices:

fat caused by eating too much and/or body changes

water retention

tumor

You'd better pray it's not either of the last two or you're in deep trouble. Answer me this: what do you think 40 lbs is? Fat or water? If you admit it's fat, it WAS caused by caloric intake. No other possible explanation. You need a certain number of calories to live, and beyond that you gain weight. Undeniable equation. Super simple. Tell us what you eat in an average day. Everything. Be honest with us (and yourself!)

Fluoride in the chemtrails is a possibility.

I only gained alot of weight with my 1st pregnancy. The other 2 were normal, cept the 3rd I sould have been heavier I think.

But then I went down to 118lbs in 2002 and spent the next year going to "specialists" and having every test known to man run and gallons of blood drawn only to have them ALL tell me..."We can't find anything wrong with you"!

That's when I went to alternative healing.

I found a naturopath who is also an iridologist and felt better immediately. Started gaining weight back within a week or 2. Won't ever go back to western medicine.

I moved from a border town in TX to an area outside DFW. I'm anglo but I adore simple Mexican foods. My favorite food places were little holes in the wall at the backs of cantinas and bars.

I moved here; I didn't change my diet, nor my portions, but I changed the sources of my food. In less than a year, I gained 40lbs. WTH???

I was mortified, but absolutely clueless about the reasons. It wasn't until I started visiting GLP about other things that I picked up on GMO foods, the impact of pesticides and growth hormones, etc., etc., etc. That was over 5 years ago.

What I realized is that I was getting purer food down on the border. The corn was real. The flour was still real. The beef was local and not enhanced. The chicken didn't taste like medicine. The cheese was honest. The chiles were grown in the local area. MY FOOD WAS REAL. It was simple food, but it was FRESH and it was REAL and it was more organic than anything I've had since. To get that kind of food in the DFW metroplex I have to go to pricey organic stores and fancy restaurants.

No can do.

I had to change EVERYTHING after that realization. I stopped eating out. I moved to all-organic at the grocer (where possible...which is growing more impossible by the day). I drink water, tea, or coffee. I stay away from GMO where I can. I buy range-fed beef and chicken when possible.

It's been a struggle, but I lost the extra 40lbs and 5 more.

As for the chemtrails? I can't say yay or nay on that one. There weren't any chemtrails where I lived on the border back then, and there were chemtrails when I moved to the DFW metroplex. Is there a correlation? I dunno.

Now for the total retards out there that can't understand why she gained weight.

If thyroid problem, then let calories out = calories out / 2

You do realize the current reader's digest issue addresses this low cal low fat problem with america. It will make you fat! You do not need to count calories and starve yourself. You need to feed yourself _fat_ and enough _protein_ but not _too much_ protein.

It's pretty simple. Also, while you're busy waiting for free advice, the two best diets i've come across are: ShangriLa diet and the Homo-optimus diet. Neither cause you to _starve_. When you eat too few calories, your body eats the _muscle_ and not the _fat_. This means that you don't lose the fat that you need to lose to get skinny. It's a method of survival during starvation.

Millions have used weight watchers and programs like it effectively. Those who claim it doesn't work are lazy fatards who cheat. Other countries eat their fill of veggies, rice, etc. Big difference between that and a super sized burger meal.
