I think the chemtrail chemicals are dispersing the normal molecules in our atmosphere and causing higher air pressure which would have the same symptoms of being on a plane all year long.......

I have lost 20 pounds by staying away from FRUCTOSE CORN STARCH.It is in everything. Look up GMO foods and learn what the Government is doing to make us sick and fat.

I try to avoid it when possible. I do pretty good since I don't eat foods that most people do.

I don't use cooking oil. I don't eat fried foods anymore.

But if I do need oil for something, then I use olive or canola.

I buy the Earth balance or soy margarine BUT rarely ever use it.

I started shopping at my local farmers market that sell organic foods. That is the only place I can find bread with no FCS. You will have to start looking at labels. Just because it says organic it may have FCS. I can't find barbecue sauce so I make my own. You will feel so much better. Also vitamin D3 is very important to our bodies. Our bodies are depleted of it with everything they are doing to the foods.

Nope, still have all the weight. Haven't gained anymore, and haven't lost any either.

If you can stick with Olive oil. Canola and soy are genetically modified foods .
