Just, and only just, to experiment and see what worked. You are saying your low calorie and low fat diet are the end-all be-all, but they are not. Green Tea and Apple 3. Detox Antioxidants 4. Bio 3 Weight Loss at around 2pm i take protein shake at 4:30 i walk it from work to the gym (15mins) i train from monday to friday..till about 6pm i walk it home 30mions i take a protein shake.. dinner, 1 time a week steak..the rest chicken or fish with veg i deink also 1 ltr of water (another ltr with teas) i stay hungry till next morning this is my result so far.. How about them apples. Nope. I can gain or lose weight as I desire. So you're pretty wrong about that. I'm not wrong. You're the one who said she can pig out and go down to 102. Soooo if you're eating like a horse and still losing weight, then you most likely have parasites. Back when I was so skinny, I ws drinking weight gain and still losing weight. All that crap does is feed the bad stuff because it contains alot of sugar. I actually had to stop eating so much in order to gain weight. I did the cleanses and everything balanced out. I regained the weight I had lost and stayed healthy without any problems really UNTIL last summer when I gained all this weight. That is why I'm trying to figure out a cause.
