Have you gained alot of weight for no apparent reason?



Last summer I gained 40lbs in the months of May-July.

I didn't really change anything about my eating habits and have never been this big before (except my 1st pregnancy).

I went to the Dr and he said probably just hormones since I am menopausal.



But the strange thing is that everyone in my family gained weight also.



I tend to think it may be chemtrail related.

I see alot of them.

My aunt got huge at menapause without changing her eating habits(she says) but lost it by taking up running. she looks better than ever!

I am guessing that if you live in an area that is heavily chemtrailed, (as I did this summer) then the oxygen levels are lowered . . .which means that you will not burn calories efficiently - God only knows what else we are ingesting into our systems clogging up organs and metabolic processes - I did try thyroid supplement, but it didn't do to much. I also have tried reducing caloric intake, but haven't seen results as of yet.

Also . .don't let those who are not understanding what you are asking get to you - boneheads will always be with us. I am glad you posted b/c I have been asking these questions myself. I think you make a good point.

To those pointing at diet . . .I drink distilled water. I don't overeat. I don't eat sugar and try to stay away from all food additives. (not easy to do btw - as most of what is called "food" contains stuff that I can't even pronounce) I eat organic as much as possible . . .even make my own bread. I only meat/chicken/fish three days a week. I don't drink soda at all. I don't drink juice as this is high in fructose as well I don't eat sweets. EVEN STILL . . I gained twenty pounds in May and twenty more June and July and cannot get rid of it no matter how much exercise-diet etc etc etc. I started monitoring my caloric intake a few months ago . . .and although I have reduced my caloric intake to something that should cause weight loss?

Not!!! (and yes, I exercise)

Anywayz, thank you for your post. I am going to try a detox next and pray that whatever is going on will stop so I can fit back into my clothes which I cannot afford to replace, nor am I interesting in doing so.

I first became aware of the "chemtrail" phenomenon in 1998 or so and ut really bothered me. I gained a bit of weight during the period between 2002-2006 and that's primarily because I was unhappy about the bu$h administration, working a lot (too much), taking care of my big baby of a boyfriend (yes, he was a handful), ordering in/eating out a lot and not getting nearly enough exercise.

All that changed when I made some life changes around 2006/2007 like breaking up with the boyfriend, quitting my office job, working from home, cooking my own meals, taking yoga at least 3 times a week and walking for at least 30 minutes a day. I went from 185 (which for me was chubby) to a trim and fit 165 in less then 2 months with the yoga alone.

The Chemtrails are always present (sometimes more than other days) but I feel actually more healthy then I was 10 years ago. Don't let it all get you down and you will see that will make a huge impact on you physically/emotionally/mentally.

I started to gain weight at about 28, even though I hadn't changed my eating habits. I started exercising more and eating less. I got back to my normal weight. Shame on you for being a lazy pig and blaming your problem on fairy tales. You'll continue to pork out until you take some accountability.

you can't possibly be a nurse. Even the dumbest LPN can understand a simple concept like weight gain=too many calories taken in. PS if your stats are true then your BMI is 27, well into the fatty range. 40lbs of fat plus the fat you already had means you body fat is at least 25%. Oink oink.
