My brother died in a car accident when he was 16, I was four years older.

i am just glad that we went on a small week long trip 2 years ago and i have him talking on film

he was a great musician, he was the youngest kid to make the symphony in our area with the French Horn

i always tried to nurture his musical side - getting him guitars, and keyboards, and any other instrument - he could play them all - i use to say you are a musical genius

i keep going over things we did together

i had a dream in 2015 - a light being came to me and said - If your mom didn't get her shit together, then your brother would have come through a different vessel. it is very important that you two are together.

i am meditating and pondering that a lot - trying to see it more from a spiritual point of view - why did the Creator need him back?

was it an accident or was it what the Creator wanted....

did he and i do whatever the person in my dream was talking about....

i am completely numb and can't even find a tear yet

the day i left San Fransisco was the day Jerry Garcia died, my brother came out and drove with me back home

we ended up turning around so that he and i could see all the dead heads coming into town

it was amazing - we stayed an extra week and then went home

i hate drugs and addiction

Fentanyl costs money. There is no way dealers are adding that shit unless requested. Those laced weed bags must be super expensive if so.

I've watched dope of all kinds from pot to
heroin ruin people I knew. Booze too.

They didn't just destroy their own lives.
That "victimless crime" is bullshit.

Some people can escape addictions,
some don't ever seem to break free.

We just lost a relative who ODed on some kind
of opiate. It was a blessing because he
was like a one-man wrecking crew, tormenting
everyone who cared about him.

His death was a RELIEF to ALL.

Supposedly this same thing happened to a lady my roommate is familiar with. Was unaware of the presence of fentanyl in some weed she acquired and ended up in the hospital. Fentanyl is incredibly cheap and all it takes is the smallest amount imaginable to send someone without a tolerance over the edge.

I am also in recovery / know alot of addicts.

If you have alot of sobriety time or just a decent amount, it is very easy to overdose on that first time. Fentanyl is strong so whether it was on weed or not it could definitly kill someone with no tolerance.

Normally I would agree and say no dealer would lace their weed which costs money, but fent has been being put into every other drug out there so it is feasible these days, makes sure people want to buy your weed. However a small enough amount even like that can still kill.

I got sober before the fentanyl craze but it is cheap on the street supposedly.

My condoldences man its always hard to process, my brother is still alive but i worry about him, however alot of close friends have died
