If the nuclear capabilities are ever taken down, what could an invasion of the US look like? Where would an invasion begin? Would an invasion come from the southern border (that with Mexico)? The largest US Army armor base happens to be in Texas and naturally would hinder such an attack.

There are 112 guns in the USA per 100 persons and American patriotism is so strong that they will shoot anyone for daring to look at the USA with malicious intentions. But that does not hold true for Utah. If china was gonna invade the US, Utah would be a good place to start. It is mostly national parks out in Utah. The US is insulated from external aggression by the coastlines and southern/norther borders. The invading force would have the least opposing forces because Utah has the third highest number of millennials in the country with 1 outta 4 people of the state's population between the ages of 20 and 34. These millennials would be running and hiding in their safe places. Most of them would cry at the sight of a handgun.

Whos to say china hasn't already stockpiled needed supplies on the land they are now buying up in the US?
