I watched the first video, he seemed normal, but wouldn't lay on ground with hands behind back but they are supposed to tell you what you're being detained for but they didn't, he got up and ran...I saw the taser but don't know if they got him with that... watching 2nd video now |

Another case of someone forcing a violent altercation by resisting for a stupid @!$#@$@ traffic stop. If he had just put his hands behind his back in the first place he would have gone home that night with only a traffic ticket.
