The SCORPION units aren’t even supposed to be doing traffic stops. So, Wtf?

Read up about these scorpion teams...using unmarked cars and plain clothes...they have “jump out boys” where a bunch of dudes in plain clothes or maybe just a tactical vest, and unmarked cars, jump out and “arrest” someone (by beating the hell out of them). They tell the person they are cops maybe, but who’s to know they really are when they look and act like a bunch of thugs or gang members trying to kidnap you.
