He was kicked sort of feebly once, hit in the upper back with a baton twice, and punched 4 times while being held. Not the sadistic beating it is being portrayed as. Granted it only takes one punch to kill someone, the cop that hit him 4 times while he was being held was the only one who acted criminally.
