Dreams: I notice more and more that where I used to have nightmares when sleeping on my back, now I have Big Dreams which are very pleasant and find myself sleeping on my back! Cleared pons/brain stem?

Alternating 3 weeks maintenance protocol (with nad still) with a week (or more, which I feel I need) nac/oregano/bso protocol. Maintenance with 2x 500mg bso tabs a day, clearing protocol 2x2. Fso about once every two days or else it numbs my tongue.

So, I was on the pre maintenance protocol for 2.5 months. I feel great physically and mentally. It's actually crazy...people have noticed the change. My best friend hadnt seen me in months and he says I'm basically a different person. I had severe social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression. It's all gone. Those negative intrusive thoughts are almost entirely eliminated. A girl friend who ive had a crush on for literally 10 years used to make fun of me to my face for being a doormat. Yesterday I saw her for the first time in months and her perception of me has done a 180. She was giving me gaga eyes and insinuated that I'm a player. She was flirting heavily too. But, everything is coming together at the right time. I'm not sure if the protocol is the sole reason but the most marked improvements in my life have come while I've been on the protocol. Let me explain. In the past couple years I quit alcohol (I became a pretty severe alcoholic after my father's passing), cigarettes, and I started working out (been lifting consistently heavy for years now). Found my spirituality too. But despite all this I was still not nearly my best self before the protocol. I was still miserable even though I had improved myself considerably. So, with this foundation of self improvement, I started the protocol. Things accelerated in a positive direction in short order. Lost even more weight VERY quickly. And more importantly, it has led to a feeling of peace, calmness and kindness that has furthered me as a person, especially spiritually. This has created a sense of security and confidence that is currently in a positive feedback loop. It keeps feeding on itself and growing. Overall, I set the foundation before the protocol,but the confluence of the protocol and changes I made before have led to a profound personal transformation that has been extremely noticeable, even to friends and family.

Anyways, I was on pre-maintenance for 2.5 months and just started maintenance today. I was still having GI die off symptoms but pretty minor. Upon taking the maintenance today (I used instant release niacin, not slow release and also pterostilbene) I felt nausea, burning in my face, hairline (I started balding at 14 and lost most my hair in a male pattern baldness pattern by 23 years old) and ears. Some slight nausea, fatigue and brain fog too. I think I cleared out enough with pre-maintenance that I can handle the maintenance protocol until my symptoms improve. If this is not advised, OP please let me know.

Researchers and OP, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This has changed my life dramatically in a positive way. It is my opinion that you guys are onto something truly special here.

Op here. Thanks so much for posting this, it makes me happy to see this. The flush you experienced is unpleasant but gets easier. We moved to extended release but kept the door open for the flush version for those who want to go the extra mile. Nausea is a sure sign that you are attacking the remnants of the infection with the maintenance protocol. That will pass.

I had systemic Candidia/fungus, was on Candidia clearing herbs & diet for over a year, more like two years. had some improvement, however not like the progress from this protocol. This protocol has worked healing miracles, that I now realize has been a life long struggle with health issues for me.
Still having some issues which I assume are from deeper clearing, expelling biofilms. minimal die off symptoms which I counter with molybdenum.
Have started the maintenance recently, have noticed a feeling of overall wellbeing since staring the maintenance. Dreams and not frequent but very vivid.

On nac/oregano for a few days again, sauna last Friday, because I noticed my lips splitting again after 2 days, maybe still some fungal clearout? Now nothing od that, but the dreams again last night were crazy! I'm thinking it's the oregano mainly having that effect, but as I mentioned it also stayed on the maintenance protocol but not as dramatically as when on the oregano, damn, I like it! Always been a heavy dreamer but these are nights of expedition, adventure and revelation!

I'm waiting to be able to order the protocol ingredients, and in the meantime I've been drinking tea made from oregano. Yes indeedy, them's some amazing, detailed dreams! On the plus side, I feel brighter and my tinnitus has shifted a lot in 6 days, quite a few other things are happening too. Can't wait to get stuck into the full protocol proper!

Op here. A friend and fellow researcher has turned me on to a few compounds we are now looking at. We understand the mechanism behind the increased vivid dreams, improved learning and memory retention. We're testing a compound that has the potential to work synergistically with the protocol and dramatically improve brain function. It may be an option for people who could use a serious brain boost when coming into the maintenance phase. This would improve learning ability and memory retention. A side effect would be increased vivid dreaming of course.

We fixed the body, why not the brain as well? It will be a few months before I can say anything in depth on this one, but the studies look promising.

I’ve been on the protocol for well over a month. Mental clarity and memory have slightly increased. My mind seems a little more “settled”. I’ve had many of the die off symptoms come and go except for the dreaming. No change there. I wonder why?

i keep trying to post about resistant starch but it keeps deleting my posts with sources. high dose potato starch (unmodified) feeds the healthy bacteria in the gut. I would post my sources but it auto-deletes my posts.

It would behoove me to quit smoking because of the heavy metals which the fungus enjoys. A nicotine patch doesn't seem to cut the cravings. Since nicotine and niacin are analogs I was going to try niacin as that would obviously occupy the same receptors. However, niacin is not to be taken until the maintenance part of the protocol. Would a lower dose of niacin be OK?

Also I haven't seen any mention of cloves as yet. When cleaning molds in the home, clove solution is the only thing that kills the spores. I boil cloves to make the solution and spray/wipe - it's fabulous. Do you think cloves would be a beneficial addition to an antifungal diet since it is so deadly to fungal spores and therefore maybe also biofilms?

More on the oregano/NAC again... Although the maintenance protocol gives great energy... When having my week off, and in the cleanse protocol, I noticed die-off symptoms again, especially sore mouth corners. And weirdest...it has reached my scrotum...my balls are sore. No, I haven't jerked too much, most remarkable is porn doesn't get me off less than ever and that has been a real addiction, plus the selfstrengthening dopamine-rush of the organism...but I totally don't feel like it, sore balls and all. So weird. Started left (weak spot) and right has chimed in this afternoon after a Niacin rush. So abstinence and just going through...going on my bike's saddle ain't nice now... Lol

They do say that "deviant behaviours" are lessened with the protocol. I'm getting sore skin around my mouth too, jus with the oregano. Are you on the other channel? There's more going on there. [link to boards.4channel.org (secure)]
