Keeping birds could be where my problems started?? -------------------------------------------- I have been following the protocol and just hit the maintenance phase. First day with N. Riboside. Felt extreme itching in my neck, ears, shoulders, knees, hands, and feet. Very strange feeling like the yeast was screaming for its life! Felt like terrible itching inside the ears and also BEHIND the eardrums. Could not reach it to scratch the itch! Since forever, the ear canal had dermatitis inside that would hurt then bleed every few months. In the morning I would find a bit of dried blood. The exterior of the ear also had patches of Dermatitis and itching has been there since forever. No doctor could figure out what it was, and have tried just about everything to cure it. Never thought it could be related to candida! I was desperate to get rid of the unbearable itching, so I squirted my skin and inside the ears with a homemade spray of Peroxide/Borax/Magnesium that I use for my dog's skin itchies. Seemed to help instantly. Itch would come back, sprayed again until gone. I had to apply the spray to a Q Tip, to reach the back of the ear and carefully saturate the eardrum area. Took 2 days of this to eradicate the skin itch. NOW I have no further ear or skin itch. AMAZING! Had a bit of trouble with the maintenance protocol... EXTREME Tiredness and weakness. Could not stay awake on the N. Riboside. Slept over 12 hours. Had to go back on the regular protocol for a while. I will try again in 2 weeks. ------------------------------------------- First Question: I have 1 pound of 50% Pine Bark Extract/50% Grape Seed Extract, so I take that instead of the Resveratrol. This is what I use. If I should not do this, please let me know. I am pretty sure its the same thing as Resveratrol. Second Question: What are your thoughts on Chagas Mushroom? Is this a NO NO? I made an extract, and my husband took this with colds and flu, to stop his coughs and inflammation...worked very fast to stop a cytokine storm. Should I toss it? Third Question for OP: When I go on the Maintenance Protocol. What would happen if I included Oregano Oil to the Maintenance Protocol? I have quite a bit to last for a while. Is it better to take it? Side effects? Do you take it during maintenance? OP: What is YOUR current Maint Protocol daily? Fourth Question for OP: I took daily C60 in olive oil before the protocol. Cotton mouthfeel, taste gone bad, dry lips and corners again... Maybe I'll go on the oregano again for a while, but I also don't want the heavily and painfully split lips again... Still in doubt how much is fungal and how much from bso/fso... So I went shopping for some mouthwash to attack the mouth full on. With xylitok. Found some mainly herbal stuff with green tea, arnica, aloe, grapefuit, moss, xylitol...and wow, does that relieve the dry sticky fungy mouth! Cleans it all up! Wish I went on that advice earlier! A late thanks for the one person that posted that weeks ago! I'll experiment a bit with the bso/fso and oregano before restarting the repair protocol again. Based on what we've seen over the past year and the recent flood of feedback from the chan groups, 2 months may not be enough for some people. We have one older gentleman that didn't really see relief from die off until the 3 month point, but has made large leaps and bounds with his health. I think when you are fighting an enemy that is intelligent and has tools specifically for us, the battle will be unique for each individual. One thing people misunderstand is having relapses into old issues. It was never a relapse, you were still battling it out of your system, layer by layer. So really, seeing relapse symptoms after a period of general wellbeing is a good sign. That means you are beating it at levels that have been pre established for years. Old multilayered biofilms, strengthened by DNA strand latticeworks sometimes take time to destroy. But rest assured, they get destroyed. I think that the key to beating it in the most efficient manner is having a long lasting, extended release solution. Peribsen has been focused on a plant compound taken from heal-all that looks very promising. It appears to have no resistance issues with bacteria and fungi, so could be used in combination with oregano to accelerate results and provide additional benefit. The extended release option is really key. Having time release niacin (slo niacin) combined with pterostilbene, black seed oil and a thermogenic like bioperine appears to give 6+ hours of attack and protection. Of course you could combine that with heal all or oregano as well if you want faster results, but this would of course be for people who already ran with the nac protocol and have cleared out enough to not overdo the die off. |

We have some people who immediately go into flu like symptoms and expel mucous, have cramping and bloating and experience exhaustion right away. Then we've seen healthier people complain it's not doing anything then on week 3 they get slammed with die off symptoms. Generally speaking, if you don't experience die off give it awhile. Some people have different genetic breaks so they may not have an active gut infection, but it could be residing in biofilms or in other parts of the body. If that's the case, you might not experience any die off for weeks or even a month, as the biofilms slowly break down and release years old infections. This is why it's not uncommon to have a cold sore outbreak after years of not having any. |

There are a few poisonous plants that look similar so we don't recommend that. If you try it, go for rhe supplement. So far what we've seen during testing is increased die off when combined with oregano. I'm still getting caught up on the other benefits, but it appears there is no gene transfer resistance to this particular compound and it can be just as effective a year later. It may even serve as an alternative to oregano for those who are sensitive to it. We are still crunching the numbers on this one, but at the very least it's beneficial in synergy to the current protocol. |

We've been dealing with a person pre diagnosed with MS and she showed positive for two mycotoxins that are a signature for A. Fumigatus. We've seen this multiple times and at this point we believe MS is directly caused by aspergillus infection. This mold can be inhaled and directly infect the brain and cs fluid. Something as simple as not tilting your AC unit properly can turn into an aspergillus generator. We narrowed it down specifically to this for this person.
