We've been monitoring response to the protocol and we've reached a lot of people. The silent majority phenomenon shows up on Google trends. Since the launch of the nac protocol, there has been a significant uptick in search interest in the compounds. This means that many are reading and taking action but not responding. So for the few here that have remained dedicated, we thank you. And if you are a part of this silent majority, share your story.

So this might explain a lot for me. When my mom was pregnant with me she said that I was very close to being miscarried. She still has no idea how I pulled through. She had a few other miscarriages. She eats VERY unhealthy with a lot of processed sugar. I wonder if the fungus is present in my mom and caused the pregnancy issues.
Growing up I suffered from a lot of anxiety/depression which is still an issue to this day. I had lots of bronchitis issues and rashes as a kid. Around 14 I started gaining a ton of weight and basically became obese. No matter how much I ate I would not be satiated. Then I started balding (I also had dandruff and acne). I was noticeably balding by 15 or 16. My dad became worried with the hair loss, weight gain, and general lack of energy so he got me tested. My hormones were all messed up with low testosterone being the major finding. I should point out that I have red beard, pale skin, blue eyes.
To me, it seems that the fungus may have invaded my system severely and early on. Anyways, I started the protocol 3 weeks ago. Started out with severe gas and bloating. The first day I was really nauseous. Then I started getting nerve pains on my arms, neck and inside my teeth. Got some headaches too at first. Energy and mood have been up and down with bouts of euphoria mixed with bouts of depression and everything in between. The real interesting results have been with my injuries from lifting. I've been dealing with pain from a herniated disc for like a year. The pain has tremendously decreased. As has my neck and hip pain. Also, my teeth are whiter and the tartar on the back of my teeth has nearly disappeared. Permanent blackheads on my nose that have been there since puberty have nearly disappeared. Skin looks great and not joking my crush the other day says my voice is deeper. My thought processes are clearer and my memory also feels better. My skin is tanning with barely any sun exposure. Finally, my appetite is under control for the first time in my life. I've probably dropped 15-20 lbs in like 3 weeks. Overall, the results have been incredibly dramatic for me in a short period of time. As in other people have noticed something is going on. Thanks for the protocol and I plan on updating every couple months.

Have been on the protocol for some time now, the initial one not the maintenance. Lately my underarms area has been flaring up, very red, not itchy but inflamed and a bit swollen. Do you think the fungus is fleeing to or affecting the lymph nodes in these areas? Have you noticed anyone else on the protocol having this issue? Just tough it out?

Background: Female, 50, dark auburn/brown hair with heavy RED pigment. Light grey green eyes, very pale skin with rosacea/acne, German, English parentage. Arthritis with chronic joint and nerve pain, hypothyroid, chronic fatigue syndrome, epilepsy at 14 (concussions), stomach ulcers, depression occasionally, patches of dermatitis. Food related hypoglycemia (when severely stressed...too much cortisol...insulin drops my sugar till I pass out.

Kept pet parrots from age 11 through age 43. Keeping birds could be where my problems started??

I have been following the protocol and just hit the maintenance phase. First day with N. Riboside. Felt extreme itching in my neck, ears, shoulders, knees, hands, and feet. Very strange feeling like the yeast was screaming for its life! Felt like terrible itching inside the ears and also BEHIND the eardrums. Could not reach it to scratch the itch!

Since forever, the ear canal had dermatitis inside that would hurt then bleed every few months. In the morning I would find a bit of dried blood. The exterior of the ear also had patches of Dermatitis
and itching has been there since forever. No doctor could figure out what it was, and have tried just about everything to cure it. Never thought it could be related to candida!

I was desperate to get rid of the unbearable itching, so I squirted my skin and inside the ears with a homemade spray of Peroxide/Borax/Magnesium that I use for my dog's skin itchies. Seemed to help instantly. Itch would come back, sprayed again until gone. I had to apply the spray to a Q Tip, to reach the back of the ear and carefully saturate the eardrum area. Took 2 days of this to eradicate the skin itch. NOW I have no further ear or skin itch. AMAZING!

Had a bit of trouble with the maintenance protocol... EXTREME Tiredness and weakness. Could not stay awake on the N. Riboside. Slept over 12 hours. Had to go back on the regular protocol for a while. I will try again in 2 weeks.

First Question: I have 1 pound of 50% Pine Bark Extract/50% Grape Seed Extract, so I take that instead of the Resveratrol. This is what I use. If I should not do this, please let me know. I am pretty sure its the same thing as Resveratrol.

Second Question: What are your thoughts on Chagas Mushroom? Is this a NO NO? I made an extract, and my husband took this with colds and flu, to stop his coughs and inflammation...worked very fast to stop a cytokine storm. Should I toss it?

I’m on week 6 and this is just brutal. Massive fatigue and aches. I don’t feel this will be over anytime soon. Could take years.

I know it sounds weird but been dealing with morgellons for years and I get tons of carpet beetles that are so very tiny you have to look at them with scope. I had a terrible stretch of year with carpet beetle cause dermatitis on my hands, my eyes had blepharitis and they burrow in the back of my scalp

I got rid of most of the problem with tea tree shampoo but since it has become hot this summer they are back with a vengence.

I remember people laughing about it that it is fake but I got bit by a couple deer ticks in williamsburg years back. Got real sick.

The prescription route depends on sex. Men should be taking a few months of fluconazole combined with a cox inhibitor like ibuprofen to activate autophagy. Fluco works well to clear the fungus from the brain, prostate and deep tissue areas if you add light exercise daily.

Women should be on itraconazole for at least a few months, adding the ibuprofen after the first few weeks.

There are fluco resistant strains, so if you find it's not doing anything you will have to switch gears to the natural protocol. If the fluco is working fine (or itraconazole) after that initial few months you'll be switching to the natural protocol anyways.

You want to stimulate the autophagy process and try to avoid any breads and lower your sugar consumption.
