If the corrupt gov has agents come to your door and demand the passcode or you get 30 years in prison, I'm guessing you'll give them the codes..

Nothing about crypto currencies are really anonymous. Even the transactions wallet to wallet are stored in the block chain; "for security". What little anonymity one has in the system is erased as soon as they connect their personal information to the code of their wallet. Which if you use any service like coin base, you already have.

Only the dumbest of the dumb ever thought that a currency based on a code/crypto/cypher, that uniquely identifies every block, plus the blocks next to it in a block chain, would ever be private and untraceable.

A currency with a built in identification code? That is the wet dream of these control freak globalist trans humanist oligarchs. When they get your personal details connected to a wallet, they can analyze the block chain and watch every transaction. Their are even companies that are doing it now for law enforcement and the government. But, the masses are just stupid.

Coinbase requires photo ID to get an account. IT IS NOT ANONYMOUS. They know who you are. Deem you the enemy and take your shit. I don't know why anyone thinks they are safe with that. Gold, diamond, art in your house is still better.

Storing on exchanges isn't anonymity. It's kind of like online banking in a way, but with triple the security protocols and double the identity confirmations.

They know exactly who is using their platform & in many cases they're linked with their bank accounts.

The centralized exchange is the weak link

The crypto on the exchange is in the exchanges wallets - not yours - only your log in & the whim of the centralized exchange allow you access.

its the safest asset you can have (bitcoin) if you own your private keys which means you cant leave it on coinbase or anywhere else but your own private wallet
