i accidentally came across something that happened in 2001, approximately, but recently resurfaced because the perpetrator was coming up for parole.

A wife and mother, who was a member of John MacArthur's church, and the wife of a children's teacher there, came to the church leadership for help after having suffered abuse from her husband, and who also abused the children.

She asked for them to intervene and for safety and protection. Since her husband was staff at the church, she sought help from the church and had no gone to the police. Instead oc intervention and help, the "counselor" assigned to her pressured her to reunite with her husband, and that she would be a shining example of "suffering for the Lord" for the children.

Shd refused. The leadership had met with her husband and he "repented", so the burden was on the wife to forgive and reunite. Otherwise she would be disobedient and a "sinner". She still refused. Eventually John MacArthur ousted her from the church because she was an "unrepentant sinner", and he shamed her by announcing in front of the entire congregation that she is ousted from the church and why.

In the neantime she finds out that her husband had sexually abused their daughter. In addition he had stalked this woman and threatened to kill her and himself.

It's nauseating.

Yeah, John MacArthur "covered up" the child abuse, and persecuted this woman.

I see dangers in worshipping any man… period…

Look at how many people worship presidents…

But we should be cautious in slandering any man too..

Many warnings throughout scripture of such things..

"Slander" is "lies", based on "untruth".

Therefore a sin.

It is written in Proverbs 6, as one of the 7 abominations that God loathes/hates, that God hates falsehood, and lies.

What is true, and evil, IS to be brought to light and exposed, as is written in Ephesians.

And you are correct. We are not to worship man or beast, but to worship only the living God.

Clergy who are "not right" with God are an extension of the evil persecuting and oppressing the one abused and sometimes hiding and/or fleeing the one hunting them down to kill them.

It's evil to side with evil and to persecute/harm the persecuted.

This is written all in the book of Isaiah.

Prayed for all requests and all of us. i'm soooooooo thankful that He HEARS our prayers, and that He can even read our hearts when we're without words and too overwhemed and shut down to utter words in prayer.

i also prayed for our country, and us, the American people.

Because this noble and courageous man speaks the truth and is persecuted, maligned, lied about, threatened, and punished for speaking that truth by the eff-bee-eye thugs, and the biden regime, from the top on down.

Because we need to stand strong for what we believe in, and to speak the truth, ALWAYS, and to be that salt and that light that this country and this world is so bereft of, as TPTB attempt to snuff out life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and in particular, our very lives, including the most vulnerable and helpless lives amongst us.

God grant us the courage and the strength to ALWAYS speak the truth, and to never ever ever give up.

Prayed about the above and this abominable fact i just found out about today, and that powdered plastic is added to the flour that manufactures the bread we eat.

This video is from several years ago, but nevertheless, it gets ya' to wonder what ELSE is added to the "food" we eat and the beverages, etc. that we drink, unbeknownst to us.
