She would go out to a large wood ant hill and plunge her arms in and let the ants bite her and over the next few days her joints would unswell and the arthritis would retreat for about 10 months. She did this to age 95. |

I have never tested this method Quoting: avaliant Similar to a mental trick where you "sell" the wart and it goes away. Thread: Wart Removal (GLP to the rescue) (Page 2) |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 83757959 She did this to age 95. Bee stings were used for that too I believe Yes my mom inherited the arthritis and would go to a natural healer who kept bees and he'd put bees in jars on her hands and have them sting her. He'd let the venomous stingers sit and remove them about 10 minutes later. She did get some relief for a few months but not as much as her grandmother had gotten from the ant bites. I myself *think* that I will not get arthritis as I accidentaly crushed a wasp nest in a palmetto frond years ago and got stung over 100 times all over both hands. They were tiny wasps and the stings did hurt but then my hands and arms got super hot and I swear I could feel heat course through my bones and felt something change in my body. I think it caused some type of immunity switch to either activate or shut off as at 60 years of age I have 0 aches and pains, back aches, knee issues. Working on it |
