The present study has been performed to evaluate the antimutagenic activity of quercetin, ascorbic acid and their
combination against an oxidative mutagen. An effort was also made to correlate this activity to the in vitro antioxidant
activity of these agents. Antimutagenicity testing was done in Ames Salmonella Assay system using Salmonella
typhimurium TA102 against t-butylhydroperoxide as an oxidative mutagen. In vitro antioxidant scavenging activity was tested for DPPH free radical, superoxide anion, hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical in their specific test systems.


Quercetin (0.5-8 nmole/plate) and ascorbic acid (0.1-100 ttmole/plate) showed significant effect. Quercetin (4 and 8
nmole/plate) when combined with ascorbic acid (500 nmole/plate) showed an increase in the antimutagenic activity.

In vitro antioxidant activity of quercetin was better than ascorbic acid in all the test systems used. The study indicated that the
antimutagenic activity of quercetin was not solely accountable by its antioxidant nature. However, in vitro free radical scavenging activity of quercetin correlated well with the antimutagenic activity.


Load me up with Quercetin. Ain't never going to not have some to hand.

seems like a State Key Laboratory of Pathogen and Biosecurity scientist from Beijing uploaded a sequence from a 2019 Henan sputum sample. He thought it was from pseudomonas, but it is actually 100% the SARS2 spike without the FCS.

We can rule out the vaxxes, because Pfizer & Murderna changed the sequence at positions 986-987 in the spike from 'KV' to 'PP'.
(This is called the 2-Proline stabilised spike; they hope it stops the spike 'springing open' to some degree - it works, but not entirely.)

There's a twist. A smoking gun twist!:

-> Each Amino Acid (there are 21 in total) is made of three of these nucleic acids, called a 'codon'.
-> For example, the codon 'ccg' makes 'P'roline. But 'ccu', 'ccc', 'cca' codons will also make 'P'roline.
-> There is a redundancy; you can make most Amino Acids more than one way.

Now, the samples found in the bacteria above all had the same Amino Acid sequence as the SARS2 Spike.
But the Amino Acids are produced from the nucleotide triplets (i.e. codons, like 'ccg' made Proline)..
The nucleotide triplets (codons) in the bacteria were only a 71.8% match!

What are the odds of a protein match to the spike of SARS2 being found in a bacterium from 2019 where the EXACT same Amino Acid sequence is made from different nucleotides?
It's very VERY fishy.
These would be called 'silent' mutations, and the chances of mutations happening in 28.2% of the nucleic acids without changing a single Amino Acid is basically zero.
It's like nature would have had to find two completely different ways of making the same protein.

These silent mutations are ofen performed in a lab, as part of a process called 'codon optimisation'.

This is the DNA (or RNA) alignment: only 71.8 identical, which is extremely divergent for a sequence 100% identical on protein level (or I made some mistake...).
Such divergence can originate from codon optimization for protein production/expression in another host, not natural.
