Downtown is inaccurate but the executive airport and the International airport will break their all time records,

Executive only goes back to 1950 but it's getting beat IN OCTOBER

The atmospheric river is real, but NOT specific to California, especially not at this time. It's going to hit Oregon and Washington hard, with still strong effect in NorCal, but only a slight effect in So Cal.

It's predicted that Los Angeles will get less than 1 inch of rain, and San Diego will get 1/4 inch or less, compared to the 10 inches farther north.

Well the 49ers on NBC right now are playing in Santa Clara at the bottom of the Peninsula and it looks like it's barely sprinkled today while SF is under water

Yeah, no weather weapons being tested.<sarcasm> Actually, it's quite impressive how localized and intense it is. My guess is San Jose will end up with half an inch when all is said and done and SF with over 6"

A few years after the Fukushima incident began dumping millions of gallons of hot radioactive water into the Pacific, suddenly our normally arid, dry, drought-prone California climate switched to this weird tropical thing we have going on. Each year we get more and more rain, never seen anything like it. And I'm talking from down here by the Mexican border. I remember about 3 years ago, they were talking about how there were these two "mysterious" blobs of heat in the Pacific Ocean, driving all this wet weather. To me, it's all the energy from that radiation, bringing on an artificial El Niño situation. But you know they will never mention any of this on the news.

Pacific Ocean to be getting more generous donations of radioactive contaminated water from Fuku...

Vancouver I'm sure was hammered with wind. I'm sure it will continue as the L is sitting off their coast mocking them
