even if the shots were actually what they claim to be, and even if there was a major health crisis, this would still be a major violation of our core freedoms and hard-won labor protection laws.

The question was asked yesterday in our morning meeting about this quackcine mandate. We were told thecompany is waiting on a ruling from OSHA. Hopefully there will be none coming because OSHA is weighing its legal reponsibilities as far as liability. Specifically; when the ball drops and the music stops, who is left holding the bag?

They know any edicts they lay down or choose to follow mean they are legally responsible for anything that happens from it.

Anyone gets gimped up from this shit because of this and the whole system is on the hook. OSHA knows everyone will get the shit sued out of them. It will be a field day.

All this makes me wonder who exactly is advising this senile old moron in the white house? I have got to believe there is someone with a brain telling this pathetic codger that this isn't going to fly.

Companies are putting in deadlines around the holidays. Not only will people be out of work but they will be losing skilled labor. It is expensive to train a new workforce. Some businesses won't survive.

They are waiting until the last possible moment to give any guidance on this. They are doing it this way to coerce employers into rolling out a mandate before they are able to mount a legal defense against it. I will never again vote for a Democrat at any level of government.
