Yeah...too many times we forget almost ALL disasters are just natures way of changing the landscape....unfortunately it only presents a problem when we get in the way.

The Canary islands were formed from exactly what we are witnessing today....we all think they are beautiful but had we been near them a few million years ago we probably wouldn't have found it too hospitable an area....

And they don’t need to be on the ridge… just consistent new movement outwards.

And even a smaller slide is bad news.

Magma moving through the subsurface is the cause for quakes.

Not sure if that answers your questions.

Several signs to look for are the quake activity, magma output, which is currently a range and debatable and deformation...specifically under the infamous ridge. So far very minimal. MSH was deforming about 5 feet per day in the run up.


A magma chamber would need to form under the ridge near the surface for a cataclysmic event/large tsunami.

Monday or Tuesday, around 4:00am I work up to get a glass of water so I decided to pop on the stream to check on things. The 2nd vent was hot smoking a ton and smoke was also pouring in from the back side (from the east). I started to probe around on y-tube and stumbled onto a camera feed that I never seen before, shooting from that south-east angle and there it was. It looked like a crack, maybe a few hundred feet long, w smoke coming out of it.

The wind was crazy that morning and it kept changing directions at the volcano so I got a good look at things. I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure, I also expected to find that feed again, but I gave up looking after a few nights in a row.

With all those EQs, cracks or vents could spring up anywhere

See all those cinder cones on the top of the ridge, the area that looks almost like a spine? See how to the north you can see where the Western flank destabilized 13 feet in the 1949 eruption? You now see what everyone is so concerned about.

WE NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY VOLCANOES FOLLOWED THIS ROUTE (TIME AND VOLUME PATH)

PERSONALLY, I BELIEVE THAT THIS WILL PLAY INTO THE BLOCKING OF PLATES AND SPARKED A VOLCANISM NEVER SEEN.PLUS THE FRACTUATIONS OF THE INTERIORS OF COUNTRIES AND CONTINENTS

I made mention earlier about large earthquakes starting to happen in general, as things all around it sit empty.

I'm serious, we are witnessing some real strange times starting now with the blocking of these plates.

Pattern is starting to get very weird now!
Areas that stopped getting big earthquakes due to the blocking, getting them again. But now the other earthquakes vanishing!!
I think we are rapidly entering a new blocking phase. A more concerning level of pressure around the blocking.

Trend lately - lots of moderate ones piling up right on the north side of the blocking as silence continues around it.
I told you things would get interesting by Oct, this is it!
And Nov, well it's just gonna get even more serious in tightening signs so things are advancing fast.

If a 3,000 km rupture produces 1hr shaking duration, what do you think 20,000+ km rupture would do? A lot longer than an hour. This long duration is likely to be what really destroys cities.
How will the Empire state building handle this? Not very well I imagine!

Some important things. First, nothing has been moving for a while and has seen a steep drop around the blocking for several days now.

And also, duration of shaking from the big rupture. Japan study says mag 10 = 1hr shaking.
This one will be really long. Potentially HOURS long.
