Interesting song I woke up to playing in my head this morning.....

It's coming to me in thin layers, the importance of letting go of this reality realm, letting go of the consciousness corruption of it. We have ways ingrained into us to never let go of this reality realm.


It is a hard thing to do to let go of something we're so entrenched in. So very hard, even when one is trying so diligently.

I'm just looking to have those thin layers settle into one deep layer that allows me to see how I can operate better, and hopefully to put a "consciousness cushion" between what I see that makes me crazy with it, so I don't feel it so much. It is not easy, not raising a ruckus....but I do know it will do no one any good, if fact, it may do more harm than good at this point.


I'm really happy youse guyses are enjoying the thread. We need to enjoy our lives, too....

I know I can make it cheaper, and with a whole lot less of a sugar hit....

This eating gluten and (mostly) sugar free is like a life altering move. I am SHOCKED at the absence of discomfort in my gut these days. It's like how the sound of silence is deafening, it's just that much of a difference having nearly zero gut problems....sometimes it takes me aback, to quiet from my gut.


Also, please don't quote any trolls, I'll remove them when I get back in an hour or so, okay?

"Portal to Hell" lmbo. Was in one at height of pandemic last year looking at empty shelves for something they didn't have, this song was playing. Turned around and got out as quickly as possible. Doesn't help the store was built over a cemetery they had to "move" across the road.

No fracking ice cream maker at the Super Portal to Hell, and I live in the desert. Not so super, methinks. My gawd, but I just about hate that store.

Meh, I'm not going to let it ruin my day. I bought some of the already made that will get me through until the maker I order online gets here.


I really need to get to Las Cruces and Sprouts, though. Aside of the ice cream maker, they will have all the "specialty" items I need to get all the way gluten-free....heh, hopefully they'll have a loaf of gluten-free bread that doesn't cost almost $7 for a half loaf, compared to regular loafs. That was a shocker, the price, but it toasts up just dandy-like! A piece of toast with nut butter on it, it's a yummy and filling snack!


It's fun looking for and thinking up recipes that are gluten-free....heh, I bought a gluten-free box cake mix....dear gawd, that was awful. I was all like, "KILL IT WITH FIRE!".....

I threw it out after I ate the fruit off of it....


Baking bread and cakes are taking a backseat for now. I can't even go there yet. I'm am making some chocolate chip cookies with almond flour today, substituting some good "sugars," and I'm really hopeful about those. The reviews were stellar, so....

Is that unusual for you?....given the last nearly two years of growing activity, it is for me. I had like nearly zero communication before that, since the Spring of 2013, so this last bit of "going dark" has been thought provoking for me. Like I said, I thought it was because I was so sick, and I just needed to concentrate on getting better before all else.


Hmmmm, I'm now wondering what's going on....I kinda feel like the other shoe is about to drop, but in a good way.

When my friend came over on Saturday to help me with some cleaning - I pay her well, she's a god-send - she was complaining about her day job, because her coworkers are lazy asses, and she's quite the opposite.
