Who the fuck thinks to build something where a cemetery is?....

I moved to a puh-dunk town in WI that was built on an Indian burial ground. I was only there for so long, but transitioned more than a few souls....so fucked up.

Bolded! Lol. That's who. We have a lot of mounds. I want to lidar our land because there is a sense of an old native presence on it. It was farmed though so they may have leveled them if there were. There are some not far away that are very old.

Have transitioned some souls out of old houses around here.

Did have some channels go quiet last few weeks too. They're back online now though. Huh.

Sorry to hear you've been having health problems. Had to take a break. Was observing though and didn't see you around.

You'll enjoy making your own ice cream. Heavy cream is $7 a quart in local grocery and this is a dairy state! Worth it though. So much better tasting without nasty preservatives and chemicals.

Oh Esther, what happened to your account? I will very happily upgrade you, if that's what's needed, okay? Please?...hugs

WI was a very highly high strange experience for me while there.....damned 'nuff said, for sure.

My health is getting better everyday. The diet changes I've been making are remarkable, really remarkable.

And those full milk fat, sugar laden, ice creams are no longer in my wheelhouse. I'm on lactose free dairy now, gluten free, and I'm trying not to eat carbs with proteins. That last one just shuts down my digestive system. So sad for me. I do love my fried chicken and mashed taters.

The cashew milk chocolate ice cream is off the hook as far as flavor goes, though. VERY creamy, and I love the little hit of cashew flavor. I just need to make it myself to cut out some of the sugar heaviness. One serving of store bought, small serving and expensive, has 40% of sugar alloted for the day. Lol, I take just a few bites of it a day. It's very clear now that sugar causes me acid reflux, on top of who knows what else....although I'm fairly certain it's tied into my issue with inflammation. I'll have to see how the next year goes with the new way I'm eating, to see the complete benefits....but I'm already feeling some benefits, big time.

So happy to see you, sister.....send

I don't even know what to think about this....shrug

I mean, given the energy I'm running this morning, I think my expanded self is close to me....I can sense it, like its "body" is close to me....huhn, it's almost like it's in guarding mode.

Hmmmm, I'm getting a kindly sense of being hushed right now....how odd.

Ahhh, I think I need to be "listening"....heh, going to meditate.

Just another note about this I was thinking about a bit ago: We had such a flurry of energy shifts there in May/June....and it's seeming to me that the radio silence began happening when that finished. The "lines" seem blurry there when thinking about it.

Re: Interesting song I woke up to playing in my head this morning.....
Retired it for various necessary reasons. Will blue up again at some point. Thanks for offer!

The quiet was odd. June began with going silent for myself. Living in the stillness with my surroundings so I could get grounded again, cut out all distractions. Also to cut some lines that needed to be closed...

My guardians were very present. Then few days before Miami tower collapse they went quiet. "Where you'd go?" Would get a brief "working" or nothing. Then other day they started talking again. Last night very chatty lol. "Oh there you are my friend!"

Hmm. Wonder if higher parts were working on us.

I've been feeling more and more to get off gluten too. Been eating poorly in general. These last few days appetite has dropped off a lot.

Solar plexus. Hmm.

Also getting some weird hits about the "Unity 22 Virgin Galactic" test flight yesterday. Weightless. Weigh less. Lighten the load.

I looked up the words to the song before even listening to it, because I was wondering why the heck I woke up with this oddball song playing in my head. Interesting lyrics, heh.

Anyway, I'm running energy big time, lot's of energy I have, so I'm going to make coffee and get started on my day.

I've woken up with that song a couple of times.

I used to make note of the songs I would wake up with, being I used to be a song writer.

A High School friend of mine lived next door to Belinda Carlisle back in the 1970s when she was a cheerleader.

I've woken up with a lot of Christmas songs, and I always thought it had something to do with a very dramatic Christmas.

I've had a lot of earthquake and volcano dreams, and I often wake up with We Built The City by Starship. I believe it has to do with San Fransisco being wiped out by a major earthquake.

Sometimes I wake up with a really odd song, like Battle of New Orleans by Johnny Horton, or Looks Looks Looks by Sparks.

My meditation was....fruitful, to say the least. I just integrated an aspect of myself....I mean, this entity was like nothing I've ever seen.

I did my breaths, and out of my body I went. I was soaring through space in a like "stealth cloud" of wispy energy....I don't know how else to say that. I could see a part of space lit up with a purple color, and I was heading for it at a rapid rate.

As I got closer there appeared...my gawd, an entity, that was shining brilliant light reflecting off of so much golden color. There was pale pink color in it. I can't even express with words the beauty of this entity. The face was obscured by the sheer volume of light, but I could see eyes, nice eyes....very compassionate eyes.

It then started to move into me, and I was like Holy Shenackles! This is a part of me, coming back into me!

I had to stand up and get in my yoga pose to take it in, and even then it was a little....heh, comical on my part, I could barely hang on. How do you fit aaaall of that into this little body?....shrug

The energy coming in was moving my hips in an infinity symbol....heh, my head is still spinning from that. It was such a big and swift swing in the symbol, I couldn't keep up with it. We had to slow down, regroup, and take it a little smaller and slower. I'll have to repeat that "exercise" several times today to get it all settled in.

Just WOW! What a day!....grinning

Hoookay, I should say I've been listening to this....heh, I love-love that creaking door opening sound in there, and indeed it happened right when I was lifting out of my body--

[link to www.youtube.com (secure)]

I had to stand back up in the yoga position again. I had to move energy, it was backing up in my brain (ouch). I engaged my Love Rig first, and got good and grounded.

This time the moving energy started at my solar plexus. It only did one side of the infinity sign for awhile, then switched to the left side "wiring" that side up, did a few infinity symbols, and then dropped back down into my base chakra, and the infinity symbol movement flowed easily.

I think all of our solar plexuses are a wee bit run ragged lately. No surprise to me that chakra would need tweaking.

I opened my eyes while it was happening, kinda chuckled because my hips were moving, and got a kindly-stern, "Pay attention!"

And I was having to pay attention to letting go of my control, and allowing it to happen as it wanted. I was trying to synch with it....just made a mess. Frustrating for those moving in and looking on, I'm sure.

Heh, my head is in such a free fall....hf

I love what she says about not giving a shit what position someone wants to meditate in.

Back in the day when I was just waking up, some of my "peers" would get on me for laying down when I meditated. They told me I MUST sit up straight to meditate. I couldn't get comfortable that way. Plus, I'd take three deep breaths and I would lift right out of my body when laying down. Easy peasy.
