The only problem is they taste good and are soft and I can forget and have another as a piece of candy. Quoting: ALL IS ONE IS ALL Eeek These gummies are a bit tart, so I only take what I need. Don't want more lol. mine are sweet and nicely raspberry flavored. Actually the brand I use are labeled as JELLIES. |

It is said that 90% of the Asian Indian lack Vitamin D3, due to diet and covering / sheltering from the Sun. This is why Covid19 is ravaging their population. |

Quoting: 03 Gummies because the body supposedly doesn't break down the compacted pills. Real juice, milk, fresh veggies and vitamins most days. Gotta stay healthy. Those are my main sources. Any recommendations? Just got some in from amazon. Time for another D3 loading. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77205837 1 g of C powder every day. A strong D pill every week. Several D pills + Zink when I feel like I'm about to get sick. I can't take a gram of C every day.. only when a couple doses that big as a cold comes on.. I get chapped lips really bad and thus know when I am taking too much.. |

I never had a bad reaction from C, not even when I tried ten grams per day, just to see what happens. But I agree it's important to listen to your body. |

You ever use airborne? no I got enough stuff... I have tried a lot of stuff I stopped even.. Yeah sometimes less is more. Airborne is just a vitamin c boost. I got a bit more interested a couple years ago in getting a normal amount of C actually from food.. I started taking a cap of pure acerola cherry.. which provides about 140% a day.. (125 mg) and then I eat either a cutie orange or a kiwi which takes it up over 200% a day.. and then there are other foods that have some I consume over the day.. for colds and if I fee a need for extra I have some orange flavored chewables that my insurance company has.. 2 make a gram. not too much other crap in them.. works for me.. I probably get 300% at least from food and the acerola cherry a day.. sometimes more.. and my chewy vitamins give another 100% I consume quite a good bit of fruits and veggies.. I eat high colored fruits including the cherries and blueberries for my eyes since I have diabetes. And my regular cherries I buy frozen.. are a good pain reliever... My eyes are in very good shape from the colored raw stuff I eat... I have a freezer and stock on the frozen berries and cherries when on sale.. mostly organic as available to me. a little supplemental vit C is good during hayfever times and I also puree whole organic lemons mixed with whatever.. as the white stuff in all citrus is one of natures best antihistamines.. best tasting and generous in lemons.. I have been on lemons during hay fever for a long time now... I will use grapefruit rinds in the mix.. orange is way to strong tasting.. I go get natural C of course from the lemons. |

Other than that lots of anti-oxidants, stinging nettle leaf, collagen, nitric oxide, et al. The latest addition was b12 fast dissolve tablets methylcobalamin - I must have been deficient because immediate results in increased all day energy. |
