Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80370600 18 different supplements daily after three eggs over easy fried in butter (usually the best I can find) They have changed my life at 50. Zinc and D3 most important. Other than that lots of anti-oxidants, stinging nettle leaf, collagen, nitric oxide, et al. The latest addition was b12 fast dissolve tablets methylcobalamin - I must have been deficient because immediate results in increased all day energy. I got terribly out of b12 physically years ago and I was on the cheap shit and didn't know there was better stuff online.. I got on the methyl.... one and over came the issue. I do eat some diary and plenty of eggs etc.. but meat very rarely and I was surprised my b12 levels after YEARS dropped so badly. |

I get my probiotics from brewing my own kefir and kombucha and buy high quality yogurt. back 20+ years ago I was seriously short on probiotics from leaky gut syndrome.. and took actual professional probiotics for a time thru recovery and then switched to brewing my own. |

I put all the above into a plastic baggie and take them a couple at a time throughout the day to avoid extreme nausea. I don’t take them every day or I actually become ill, but I’ll get through the entire list 3 times a week. ....people routinely tell me I look 10 years younger than my actual age. . “Mental slavery is the worst form of slavery. It gives you the illusion of freedom, makes you trust, love, and defend your oppressor, while making an enemy of those who are trying to free you or open your eyes.” -Fiyah “None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.” -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe “You have been programmed to resist the very person that is here to set you free, from the prison of your Mind... You are not free... everything you are has been manufactured by Minds that have not your best interest. You are imprisoned by beliefs and not reality. Religions are mental programs to imprison your Mind.” -SOL |

Then just try to avoid processed foods and eat organic, preferably from your own garden. Like I told my ex-wife, I said: honey, I never drive faster than I can see. Besides that, it’s all in the reflexes… |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 2780958 United States 05/16/2021 08:47 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i had to cut back the honey.. got in the way of my sweet tooth and diabetes big time... It is not good for sit down with a jar of honey and a spoon. I only have some HOT honey that is too much for the spoon but works fine in some of my cooking.. nice in corn bread. Honey is good for hay fever.. but I use ground up whole organic lemons ... will be taking the last of my current lemon today.. the pollen started to built up late yesterday.. more stuff in bloom. its the white stuff in citrus that is a GREAT antihistamine.. but orange white stuff is way to strong in taste.. lemons work. I just use my nutri bullet and some berkey water to grind the lemons cut in pieces first. |
