A Very Simple Trick to Save Your Teeth.

i use peroxide for nearly everything and i just want to warn you all that 3% can be quite strong for some especially womens sensitive skin. i'd start at half that.

This will be a quick but important post.

If you feel sensitivity in one of your teeth like you might be starting an infection try this:

Put some 3% hydrogen peroxide in your mouth and then floss all your teeth. The trick is to get the hydrogen peroxide in between all your teeth so make sure to get it on the dental floss first.

After that spit it out and put some more hydrogen peroxide in your mouth and swish it around.

Repeat until pain is gone.

I did this two days ago and it worked with just one attempt.

I had eaten some chocolate at night and in the morning I had sensitivity in two of my bottom molars. I flossed and swished and it went away that day.

Save yourself an expensive and painful dental visit or possible loss of a tooth. Costs about a nickel each time and only takes about a minute or two.

Make sure it's only 3% and use a fresh bottle. (Not the one that you've had for 8 years.):

Yes, everyone must do their part to recycle hazardous fluoride byproducts by consuming them in small amounts, exactly as instructed by their dentist. Continue.

I swish with peroxide with a dash over water every morning and night. I also started using baking soda to brush. I think it all works better than toothpaste..that's just me though.

I use Tom's fluoride free toothpastes.

I brush and floss twice a day and I don't get tooth infections.

I floss after I eat if I think there's something in between my teeth. Especially important before you go to bed so you don't sleep with it all night long.

It's called debriding and you are supposed to dilute it 1 part 3% hydrogen peroxide 2 parts distilled water. Rinse a lot with plain water after. Don't swallow it.

It's also good for sore throat and loosening mucous. Again don't swallow or you'll be puking up foam.

I don't agree with diluting it unless it causes you pain or a reaction. In that case you might be allergic to it. It's already 97% water. I don't swallow it but if you get a little in your stomach it's no big deal. Once it's foam, it has already broken down into hydrogen and oxygen.
