I had to get 3 of my fillings replaced not too long ago. They were from when I was a kid and the dentist said I got a lot of years out of them. Glad to see that Mercury crap go away. |

Sprinkle some on a moistened cotton ball and let it set for at least 15 minutes. I usually do it 3 times a day in the beginning and then once or twice a day for several days after the pain is gone just to be sure the infection is completely gone. |

I also started using baking soda to brush. I think it all works better than toothpaste..that's just me though. Quoting: TheEmptyChild I use Tom's fluoride free toothpastes. Yep...my kids uses that. I have used them before also. I just realized how expensive non fluoride toothpaste is and started going old school with the baking soda. The Equate (Walmart) or generic brand of flouride free toothpast is identical but $2 bucks and change. |

It takes all the bacteria out of your mouth, leaving the teeth and the inside of the mouth feeling silky smooth. Oil pulling is said to be an ancient practice, with health benefits far beyond just oral/dental. [link to www.oilpulling.com] I dont know about some of the other claims in there but it is definitely good for your chops.. myself and others I know have gotten completely rid of toothache and abscess using this method. After spitting out the oil, it is a good idea to swish warm (very) salty water round the mouth, to get rid of any remaining oil. Then brush the teeth. |

Do not use any tooth products with GLYCERIN. Matters not if the glycerin is organic either. Glycerin coats teeth & does not allow for remineralization, unless you plan on rinsing about 30 times. Nearly all tooth products with the ADA seal have glycerin in them. Wonder why? Glycerin allows teeth not to heal. Cavities can heal themselves. Here are several products without glycerin. Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better.
