Police have to learn when to show up and when to hold back, they make a personal judgment call about what level of force is needed. Training can only do so much.

On any call for police find out the races involved. If it’s black on black or black alone involving criminal activity then send only minority officers or don’t send anyone at all. Let them continue to kill each other since white cops are the problem.
