Dogecoin is not a "smart" investment. Anyone that researches it thoroughly will conclude that it makes no sense for it to thrive.

I bought some anyway - because it has a cute logo, and because it appeals to the people that don't really understand crypto and think it is one of the few popular coins they can afford.

Investing in Doge is betting that there are a lot of stupid people out there... and guess what - there ARE a lot of stupid people out there. My investment is now worth 7X what I put in.

Been scaling in since $0.09 and my trades the past hour took, on average, 8+ minutes to execute.

The price is too volatile to execute market orders accurately. Limit orders would probably work.
