I like it. Finally took a couple days to learn how to do the cryptocurrency thing.

Wanted to find out what the Bitcoin excitement was about - how it worked as a user, but it's expensive and confusing. The coinbase site is no different than using Paypal or setting up a bank account with a debit card, not the details but the look and feel.

Dogecoin is benefiting from the bitcoin brand familiarity without the high cost and red tape. Was able to get a wallet, online and then download one at home, all free and relatively fast. Do transactions to and from the online wallet and can take the money off line. Best of all, only spent 5 bucks total and a couple days reading forums and checking out sites. Have the money in DOGECOIN, not really "spent", but I consider it lost until proven otherwise....

If you look, Dogevault for an online presence and the dogecoin main site has a program you download for free to build a wallet in your computer, which you then back-up off line if you wish. Ta da. An offline wallet as secure as you hide it.

There are online trading platforms between the cryptocurrencies. Very much the look and feel of the current penny stock market, without the high fees.

Dogecoin is fun cause it has it's own dialect - like you might imagine a dog talking, virtual performance art. Doge transactions tend to be appreciated in this funny language. The pictures on the coin and wallet are cool, too, if you're a dog person.

Performance art. Bet you hadn't thought of it that way. That's what it is, alright. I've done years of live theater and musical performances and I know it when I see it.

Could the cryptocurrencies evolve - as computers evolved from a fancy printing press to a virtual community? I could see the cryptos turning into a community haven to support interests - like the people who love dogs will pay other dog people with DOGE? With the ability to transfer currencies online instantly, people could use different currencies to support the birds, or pot, or organic farms?

Can buy on EBay, but at a premium above listed price. Listed price is only good if you have Bitcoins or other Cryptos to trade on a cryptocurrency exchange. There are a few. Can't type where to look cause it's probably a site that will get me banned...there are so many and you never know until the hammer comes down.
