I just was a little freaked out by reading the following from a New Yorker review of HBO's Raoul Peck's new series by EST writer's Exterminate All Brutes. The story it tells is, "... a vast one, a millennial one - that of white supremacy, or more specifically, whites' presumption to supremacy, a presumption that, as he makes clear, continues, to this day, to be asserted with violence and justified with lies."

The series "...offers, in effect, a unifying theory of white supremacy and its manifestations - in conquest, in genocide, and in the myths and pseudoscience by which the killers have justified themselves and continue to do so. The title of the series, Exterminate All Brutes, is a quote from a character in a work of fiction by Joseph Conrad. Peck tells his story in "imagined reenactments" and "counterhistorical fantasies" such as "a nightmarish doctor who kills Black people in a laboratory setting as if they were animals in a slaughterhouse" and " Columbus and his cohorts slaughtered on the beach by the indigenous people of Haiti" and "white children captured and enslaved by a Black slave master."

In other word, complete fiction although many European children were enslaved by Moors and Arabs but in the context of this film, that is made to seem imaginary too.

Both the series and the review constitute hate literature and yet this is now mainstream.

Actually, the writers of otherwise lame, unfunny SNL were slyly mocking the deranged, hostile leftism of pro-BLM thinking versus even soft-liberal or "progressive" thinking.

Although the script was split along black actors and white actors, any white leftist would have mouthed the words of the two cast members sitting on the left, any right rightist would have mouthed the words of the two cast members sitting on the right.

I would call for a mistrial. There is already a build up by the media if he is not convicted.
