Quoting: Agent 99 This is a mass effort from foreign investors to buy up AMERICA. or maybe the old african royalty bank scam from early email days Same area where scams come from. Because Africa is hard to trace, they can move their operation around easily and be gone overnight. Same idea tho. Fucking Americans. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79936980 Didn't even get that far, they hung up on me. First robo dialer, then follow up with Pakistani (foreign accent from that general area) operator real person. I asked where he was calling from. He asked if I wanted to sell my house. I asked again which company he was with. He offered True Stone Capital. Then asked if I wanted to sell my house. I then asked him if he was in NC. He asked me another question. I didn't answer and he hung up. Typical of scammers. BUT True Stone Capital has a nice webpage and professional set up. Money Laundering??? |

Been getting them for years. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80028863 If I wanted to sell I would get them all in a room together & let them out-bid eachother :) - MC This trend is foreign countries buying up American homes and property. Are you letters from local companies? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79936980 Canada 03/02/2021 02:21 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yeah. Sounds scammy. But foreign buyers really are buying up properties en masse and, at times at least, offering like 20+% above what it's worth. Here locally apartment buildings are being snapped up for "offer I couldn't refuse" reasons and then rents are getting jacked up like 50% in some cases. Just another arm of the societal destabilization campaign. |

User ID: 79662918 United States 03/02/2021 02:31 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | For the past 6 weeks I've been getting calls daily to sell my house. It's a robo-dial first, then connected to a "supervisor" or call back #, rarely a real person Quoting: Agent 99 Finally got a real person on the line today. And boy oh boy it all makes sense now. I got a postcard with a picture of my home and a pretty agent with her phone number...I thought prostitution was illegal, but apparently not... Just another arm of the societal destabilization campaign. THIS Destabilization campaign. Who would want to destabilize the US??? This isn't about Economic Destabilization. This is more about moving in Foreigners to American homes with NO MONEY TRAIL. Just like Atta and the other 911 hijackers. Then they fit in, acted normal for many years, no suspicions, and pulled off Day X. Are we calling our US Representatives to make sure this foreign take over is not allowed? |

The Bonds will provide a fixed-rate quarterly income payment to investors. Proceeds of the bond will enable Sureste Partners L.P. ("Sureste") to increase lending activities into the US multi-family apartment sector in order to match an ever-growing origination pipeline that has evolved through organic growth. Proceeds of the bond will be lent to a newly formed subsidiary, DCM Real Estate LLC (whose shares and assets are pledged to the trustee on behalf of the noteholders) who will then lend to the underlying sponsors in a secured and fully guaranteed loan, pursuant to the loan origination and servicing criteria documented by Sureste). The bond was issued by a separate legal entity DCM, as opposed to Sureste themselves specifically because this was not intended to be a typical corporate bond.
