This is a mass effort from foreign investors to buy up AMERICA.

Using this method they can move in Muz (or whoever) into America without anyone knowing.

No way to trace where the funds come from... buying up and moving Americans out.

Same area where scams come from. Because Africa is hard to trace, they can move their operation around easily and be gone overnight.

I get atleast 2 letters a week to buy my house from about 8 different companies. Been getting them for years.

If I wanted to sell I would get them all in a room together & let them out-bid eachother :)

Didn't even get that far, they hung up on me.

First robo dialer, then follow up with Pakistani (foreign accent from that general area) operator real person. I asked where he was calling from. He asked if I wanted to sell my house. I asked again which company he was with. He offered True Stone Capital. Then asked if I wanted to sell my house.

I then asked him if he was in NC. He asked me another question. I didn't answer and he hung up. Typical of scammers.

BUT True Stone Capital has a nice webpage and professional set up. Money Laundering???

This trend is foreign countries buying up American homes and property.

But foreign buyers really are buying up properties en masse and, at times at least, offering like 20+% above what it's worth. Here locally apartment buildings are being snapped up for "offer I couldn't refuse" reasons and then rents are getting jacked up like 50% in some cases.

Just another arm of the societal destabilization campaign.

Same is happening here in Washington, home owners are getting lots of calls asking if they want to sell their houses.

I hear it is happening all over the country, but no one seems to know why.

I've been getting those calls for several months. New Jersey. Always someone on the phone with a foreign accent. Received one yesterday.
