I haven't read this thread, I have been sleeping, but the disinformation about the power issue in Texas is beyond stupid.

THIS THREAD, however, I believe is true. The thing that is missed is that a few days ago I remember reading something and I think it was on here or somewhere GLP took me to.

If I recall correctly, Texas was limited in their generation by the emissions. This was kept quiet until I read that Biden had signed an order, or did something, allowing Texas to exceed their emissions cap. That was some days ago.

No, I am not going back to look for it.

I don't know how much the situation improved following the lifting of the cap.

I have been saying for many many days that Texas is about supply issues, not how much electricity is being used. Why people keep arguing about this I have no idea. Must be a lot of trolls lately.

Precisely. If it is not to make an example of Texas for trying to secede from the Harris/Obama USA, it is to make the citzenry more dependent upon central governmental handouts to survive.
