The only way to power an engine with water would be through steam. Which is a very viable way to do it but it’s just inconvenient for us today. Think about having to go to work and go get the boiler running on your car two hours before you have to be there. I do believe that we could have motors that run on magnets. They won’t let that happen though.

It was actually the owner of large tracks of trees that got hemp banned. Hemp is the best material to make paper from but any dirt farmer could grow it.

Btw when I say track I mean thousands and thousands of acres of forest. He didn't actually own the land but owned the timber rights.
