I did a whole lot of research and determined this is a form of 5g sickness or mild radiation poisoning. 5g towers were activated across the US just before this started happening to everyone. Look at the Western European countries that experimented with 5g and the citizens all complained of the same symptoms. |

Put a breath-right strip on your nose each night (and make certain you are doing proper placement of it). You will immediately begin breathing through your nose and waking up with no dry mouth. You can also buy these inserts that open up your nostrils /sinuses when you sleep. You place them inside your nostrils. |

Magnesium and potassium. pH water isn't enough. You need magnesium chloride and eat some fruits and veggies like celery and cucumbers, fresh squeezed lemon in water. Second, you could try hyaluronic acid. Jarrow makes a cheap product that works real good in hydrating. |

My primary care Dr, an allergist, and an EMT have not been able to help me. Endless tests with no answers. I have gone as far as spending $ 11,000. on an HVAC system with a built in humidifyer and UV lights designed to kill mold spores and viruses. I am fine during the day, but nights are horrible. The anxiety I feel at bed time is off the graph. The sleep deprivation is enough to make you crazy. I have found one product that helps a bit with the nasal dryness. It is called Ayr Saline Nasal Gel. I have read that if you sleep on a memory foam mattress that when the mattress begins to age that they can cause people to have problems like this. |

Clear out your buggers and snot in your nose before going to bed by taking a hot shower and gently running warm water through your nostrils by hanging your head back and blow all the snot out. A C-PAP machine with humidity set high can also help. |

User ID: 79546140 United States 01/10/2021 09:05 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It is probably your space heater or central heat sucking all of the moisture out of the air. Get a humidifier, preferably a steam one. A plus if you can add an essential oil to it. Keep it full of water. Take a hot shower before bed. Leave your fart fan off and of you have a box fan, let the shower steam blow into the adjacent room. Use a skin moisturizer. Use a natural lip balm like Bert's Bees around the mouth and nostrils. Hydrate and take your PM vitamins with a little fatty food or cheese before bed. Another good way to put moisture into the house is to cook. Leave the range vent to the outside off when cooking. Big pots of soup. Oven roasting whole chickens with a water pan. Always make a big pot of chicken stock from the carcass. The kitchen is always best when a big stock pot of chicken bones and vegetable trimmings is boiling away. Then you have stock for soup... Blab gobble doodle blurb! The kind where a fan flows over a paper pleated water wick and you put a couple of inverted 2 gallon water bottles in the thing. Hell, I had to do that when I was in my 20's living in Buffalo. The air was so dry, lightning would fly a couple inches off my fingers every time I touched a door knob. Damn that would hurt. SInuses would dry out and bleed, even the skin on my knuckles would crack and bleed if I made a fist. Just don't overdo it or you will have moisture condensing in your house insulation (and windows) which will kill the R value. ALso you don't want mildew. [link to www.homedepot.com (secure)] It has a humidistat you set that determines the humidity levels it will provide. Be sure to keep it clean and use the chemical they recommend to prevent mold and bacteria growth. Last Edited by JustmeTX on 01/10/2021 09:38 AM Justme |

I have radiators, my house starts to get verrrrrrry dry in the winter, I wake up and it feels like I slept face first in sand. I put some water under the radiators in a pan to help. Quoting: Zorro A. Knievel Esq. I put used tetra paks, which I cut on top between ribs of the radiator, and I fill those cut tetra paks with water which humidifies the air. That has worked well for me over the years. aka N.O.S. |

Also maybe get some fenugreek seed and make tea out of it? I like it, has a spicy maple flavor, supposed to be good for the lining of your respiratory passages. Those were just what sprang to mind. Here's the Earth Clinic page for dry mouth: [link to www.earthclinic.com (secure)] Earth Clinic is a great web site to bookmark. Lots of good reading and helpful information about home remedies.
