Cali has been working on this for a long time. They even made a declaration for independence not too long ago. Someone from New cal was murdered a year or so back for working on this as well.

They have now declared statehood in an official supreme court filing! This is huge!

The revolutionary war was not legal according to the crown. These declarations are usually done in spite of the state, not with consent of the state.

If this gets federal recognition and New California which will be northern California becomes a real thing and they abide by the bill of rights and the constitution, I will pack my stuff and move there.

Can they do that? Just declare them selves separate?

Can they declare themselves independent? It worked in 1776

I used to drive up the Interstate 5 quite a bit and my favorite part was Northern California where they have all the signs and the barns painted with STATE OF JEFFERSON.

California is an important food grower.... the farmers there have been neglected and screwed over about water and taxes, etc. They are good Patriots, the Jefferson's. Cut California off and let them have Newsome and Pelosi.

Nevada is horribly infested with Californians, so I'm sure that's what the split is there. There are a lot of conservatives in Nevada who will be happy to split off.

4 new conservative senators will be nice too. They'll counter DC and Puerto Rico.

I think it depends on the strength of their architecture of aggression. Might makes right in revolution. Nothing else matters.

I have a much simpler idea. Firstly demand electors at the county level of the States. Each county one vote decided by the will of the people at the ballot box. Winner of counties election gets the electors for that State.

If that doesn't work, surround and starve the fucking cities.

There is no need to dissolve this nation due to the corrupted will of a Democratic majority contained in multiple 50 square mile areas of land.

If someone must secede let it be them.
