When they say duplicate they mean ballots that needed to be duplicated for any reason... happens more than you think... It’s what those videos of people copying ballots were doing... one calls the name, one fills it out. |

No, it has been explained in one of the hearings... When they say duplicate ballot they mean, a mail ballot usually that there is some flaw with the paper or for some reason it cant go through the counting machine so election workers copy what was voted onto a new ballot that will scan... The problem is that no one is there to insure that the worker is filling out the new copy the way the original was voted... If you will recall there was a vid of people sitting at tables doing this... One person was reading of the original while another was sitting at table filling out new ballot. Billy82269 |

That would be 3% effected, I would imagine there is a large sample of ballots that were duplicated, regardless it shows that there was maleficence. |
