For people undermining the significance of two out 100.

It is akin to flipping 100 coins and 2 of them being illegally weighted for heads.

Imagine you were in a gaming casino. Finding 1 weighted coin is extremely rare and should be a red flag. Finding two weighted coins in a random sampling of coins would be enough evidence for the federal gaming commission to shut down the casino.

So the 2% isn't representative of the total vote. Just the damaged ballots that had a duplicate made from it.

Now we need to know what percentage of the total were damaged/duplicated ballots.

100 ballots isn't any general indicator of trend, but if the fraud was 2% consistent throughout the polls .. this would be huge.

2% may not seem like much. But 2% literally swings the election to Trump.

Small sample size of 100 to be sure. Every documentation of fraud matters.
