If 2% of all votes are also fraudulent, that explains China Joe coming out on top. It would take about that number for the count to make sense.

remember, it's 2 votes ADDED to Trump and 2 votes REMOVED from Biden, so essentially the actual vote impact is doubled.

Example, Start with 100 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump, difference = 100 votes

New 98 votes for Biden , 2 votes for Trump, difference is 96 votes.

4 total votes impact, not 2

A duplicate means they made another ballot based upon a ballot that was rejected by the machine counting the ballots.

One duplicate ballot was changed in the process from trump to Biden. Another was just taken away from Trump.

Dup means its damaged ballot. The machine wont take the ballot . So they make a duplicate of the original to enter the vote.
