OP, at your young age of 14 and be interested in the things you mentioned you are already doing well in your quest for spiritual truths! It means your earthly akashic record, an energy imprint of all your past lives here, is already quite a big library. Congrats!

Our souls are all willingly participants for the ongoing test of equally powerful opposing energies in this low consciousness part of the vast grand reality: The aware coming in to be in human form and being temporary unaware on purpose, then through a long process of free will exploration and maturation, could we uncover and become our true divine nature that is unconditional love and joy, not the false nature projected by the ego survival mind that was designed to embrace greed, selfishness, envy, judgement, and superiority.

That should be a big clue of our true magnificence. To think some low consciousness dark entities could trap us here against our will is not plausible. Our souls are a part of God/Higher Self/Creative Source/Prime Creator, a family of intelligent benevolent multi-dimensional energy of unconditional love and joy.

What keeps us returning is an old divine balancing system we call karma. Being in low consciousness and with temporary forgetfulness of our divinity, free will and duality are blessings for us to explore all, both good and bad, and learn from them. When we veered off the good path too much, karma kicks in to nudge us back. Karma is a benevolent guidance tool.

An example would be a young man with hunger for wealth who decides to trick a poor but honest and hard working loving family into selling their small farm land at way below market value. The young man then develops the land and sold it for big profit, totally unsympathetic to the poor family that is now broke, the father who died early from declining health brought on by the malicious deception, and the remaining family members who are now beggars. Through free will, the young man made a very poor choice and his divine soul knows it. Karma kicks in and arranges with his soul for the young man to come in again to balance himself if he so chooses. This time the young man will be on the receiving end of a devastating financial deception that will break apart his perfect loving family and bring him to poverty. He now understands the horrible pain and hardship he put the poor family through in his past life.

Should the young man refuses to learn or still not see the harm he had caused, karma will kick in harder for him the next time around. Without remembrance of our past lives' poor choices, it is easy to misunderstand karma as something that just brings us pain and suffering, not realizing it is giving us divine gifts and opportunities to learn and better ourselves.

Some would say if God is love and benevolent, why can't God just give us the lessons without making us go through so much pain and suffering. The answer lies with us, not with God. We are stubborn creatures, conditioned to be comfortable in our ways without motivation to change even when knowing our current ways are not the best for us. Sometimes we need to be pushed to the brink and hurt a while before we are excited enough to change for the better with absolute conviction.

When our human selves have finished learning all the lessons available in this part of reality we call Earth, we graduate and need not return anymore. Some however will choose to return to mentor the less aware and assist in raising the collective consciousness.

Interestingly, all the lessons have a common theme, which is for us to become kinder, more compassionate, more benevolent, more understanding, and more respectful to each other. In other words, become evolving humans to higher wisdom and maturity, and to higher consciousness.

Though the lessons are simple, they are hard to carry out as our history as shown. But then, the test would be boring without the fun but hard challenges.

Understand fully you sorely missed your father and family members who have passed. Rest assure their energies are still here with you, able to see you and know what you are doing. So brighten up their day by giving them a big loving smile. They would be much happier seeing you are happy.

Most are not aware of this because in this low consciousness part of reality, our perception and senses are very limited on purpose. Raising our consciousness opens up a lot more of what is really around us. It is no coincident that all divine and high consciousness messengers uniformly taught us a way of life that aligns more with unconditional love and joy to raise our consciousness.

In higher consciousness, being more aware, you will begin to see the grandness and wonderment of this part of reality. You might have second thoughts about leaving, because your mindset would then have been benevolently changed to one in which your true divine mind becomes more prominent and your ego mind recedes to the background. Being more detached from the ego mind, you will become less frustrated and less angry when confronted with adversities, more able to deal with them efficiently and with calmness. Being less negatively reactive to situations that would normally press our buttons is a wonderful feeling.
