Sorry, but its true. Three Gorges Dam and also your man-made islands in the South China Sea are suffering from the same issue of substandard concrete. Also, the piers of the Three Gorges Dam were not even anchored at all. This is surely why you can look at recent satellite images and compare them with those from when the dam was new and see how it has shifted with a ripple in its positioning.
