As far as the sleep and problems go, you need to give your body and mind a big reset! Follow easy instructions below! :)

1. Wake up at 5AM

It doesn’t matter if you went to bed at 8 or midnight, or if you had 2 hours of sleep or 8 hours. Just wake up at 5AM and stay up all day, no naps.

2. Do some cardio OR HIIT OR something that gets your heart rate above 120BPM, for at least 25 minutes, preferably up to 40 minutes, but no more then that!!

3. Enjoy the endorphins from the excessive through your day.

4. Crash at 9PM totally exhausted, and wake up early again as you have officially reset yourself.

Managed a homeless mission some years back, talked to many residents who were convinced that pot had brought on their bipolar and schizophrenia, none of them had those disorders before they smoked pot and had no family history of any. Once I spent 3 days talking down a teenager who after smoking some pot became convinced that everyone hated him. To this day he is still haunted by that episode.
