John Hagee's brother Jack Hagee accused of child sexual abuse

A former Harris County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office captain is facing two felony charges after a woman told police he sexually abused her for nearly a decade in the 1980s, records show.
Jack Hagee, 74, is facing charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child, according to court records. Hagee worked for the constable's office for decades and is the brother of John Hagee, pastor of San Antonio's Cornerstone Church.
The woman told Baytown police officers that Hagee started sexually abusing her when she was five years old in 1989. She said she was abused three times a week for nearly 10 years, according to court records.
