Just skip forward to 01:04:24 and see for yourself. Quoting: MAYAMAGIK It's ice. This happens on every launch and the shape and size of the ice is random but it always slides around on top of the turbopump exhaust pipe. You can see it accumulating on the vent and then break off and start sliding around before gradually sublimating away.
